I need to shed bf like a MF. Diet is well dialed in and just want to bump up fat loss without shedding any muscle. I'd love to get my bf to mid single digits, from current 12% (diet has only been for about 2 weeks, i know 12 is high and my diet is good but i want the midrange bf's cuts)
