DCP or Recreate?

I need to shed bf like a MF. Diet is well dialed in and just want to bump up fat loss without shedding any muscle. I'd love to get my bf to mid single digits, from current 12% (diet has only been for about 2 weeks, i know 12 is high and my diet is good but i want the midrange bf's cuts)

for my buck which is a better bet... DCP or Recreate? Best dosages you have personal experience with/heard of best results with?

These two are really complementary, not competition.

I did a Leviathan Re-loaded/DCP stack and then a Recreate/DCP stack, and I can tell you, the first one outdid the second by a mile. Do a search on Leviathan Re-loaded vs. Recreate head to head, where I posted a thourough review.

Well from what i see DCP is the common denom but I dont want to be dropping all my money on these cutters as i've already called in the big guns and have clen being my main component of my cut but i'd like more of the recomp effect i guess in the not losing muscle. But i guess in the act of freeing all this adipose it could work quite synergistically with the clen. Thanks for the suggestion it was a great comparison!! Helpful!
 
Actually because of supp, I ordered a DCP/LR stack, it should be here in about another week or so! I was taking recreate, but had to stop due to lack of nutrition and running (i didnt have either at the base i was at) I didnt know LR has a test boost in it...I'm headin to see your review of LR and Recreate right now! :D
 
I think you will be happy with the DCP. I've used a it a few times now. having to use 2 bottles through each cut. I dosed 2 caps@wake, 2 caps@lunch, 2caps pre-workout, 2-3 caps pre-dinner, and 1cap pre-bed.
My last cut I stacked DCP with Recreate. My diet wasn't dialed in, and I was doing little to no cardio, but I still managed to lean up.

Glad to hear that, my diet is dailed in and cardio is sufficient so i think not having the recreate but having that part good should still make the DCP pretty helpful
 
I'd go with the DCP. That stuff really get you sweating, usually before Cardio even raises my heartrate.....sweating like crazy!

Thanks for the personal experience info, i'll be looking forward to that. I dont mind a good sweat, i'm a hygenicly inclined guy so its not a problem. What was your resting rate at about?

It's usually under 70 or so when I check it in the grocery store or Wal Mart. That's if I'm not taking anything for the gym or anything.
 
and with the DCP what'd it go to?
It shouldn't raise HR by itself. I don't believe it contains any stimulants at all. Take a stim and the DCP, then go workout. I didn't mean DCP by itself makes me sweat more during cardio. It's a combo of the stim/DCP and cardio. I'm ordering the DCP/Lev. Reloaded stack when it's back in stock.
 
99.9% of the time i think the very same way! But this time i'm on a budget so i just bought 2 bottles of the DCP and some CLA to throw in with my clen and thyroxine

The best cut I've ever done was albuterol and bulk TTA with a ok diet and good work out routine, so you should enjoy that combo
 
just take recreate and lift ...i barely did any cardio for the 13 weeks i was on recreate and i acheived my desired bf goal (went from 15%-7%) and actually gained muscle ..recreate is absolutely amazing ..IMO obviously everyone will not agree haha ...which ever one you may chose ..just take it and continue to lift! you will burn fat and build muscle ..i kept my protein up around 1g/lb body weight and cosnstricted my carb intake to mornings pre and post workout
 
I want to try it, but worried if the LX and RC might be too much. If I do decide to stack them, what is a good recommendation for timing? All at same time or separate?
