I have been running dcp/lr for 3 weeks now, started at 215 now at 208. no loss of strength, waist was tight 38, now 36 are easy to get in. trying to get back to that 33. workout at 6:00am, so i take 2 dcp/lr at 5:30, feeling good when i hit the gym. 2 more dcp/lr at about 12:30 30 min before meal, then 2 more dcp at 9:00pm. does this sound ok. thanks for all of the great info here!!
also i feel i may be gaining a slight bit of muscle with this stack.
