DCP & Leviathan Reloaded: Why am I cramping?

What's your dosage?

That's awfully quick to be cramping...but the first thing you need to do is increase your water intake BIG time.

I'm taking 2 caps of DCP, 3 times per day as directed. I'm taking the LR at 2 caps, ~45 before my first meal and 1 cap later in the afternoon.

I've been drinking plenty of water. I always do. The cramping was constant yesterday, but it's been coming and going today.

It's around the lower abdominal area, waist area, what have you. It's like a sore cramping, not upset stomach cramping. I don't feel like I'm gonna throw up. I mostly feel like I have to throw 'down,' if you get my drift.

Define cramping? Stomach pain, muscle cramping..etc. Where is it at?

That's quite a common response when someone first starts taking Forskolin (ingredient in Leviathan Reloaded.)

I have never gotten it, but from what I understand it goes away pretty quick.

Oh, and eat more fiber. :)

I was just reading a thread about somebody who was taking the Ultima Stack and mentioned they were getting cramps, but were actually throwing up. Someone mentioned that it must've been due to the Forskolin. I ended up looking up the ingredients in DCP and LR, and noticed that. I assumed maybe that was it, but wasn't sure. That must be it then. Any idea how long the cramping usually lasts for? Granted, today was much more tolerable than yesterday. It hurt like hell yesterday. I'm hoping that the cramping will subside by tomorrow.

Each individual is different...just be patient and give it a few more days.

Should lessen each day.

Yeah, like I said, today was more tolerable. I'm hoping it'll subside over the weekend. I'm able to stick it out enough to go bust my ass in the gym. I don't let anything get in my way of that, no matter how sick I feel. I drink several liters of water each day, but I'll try downing some more. That might help a little. I find it strange how cranberry juice has been almost eliminating the cramping completely, but I'm not drinking cranberry juice all day, lol.

I woke up a little while ago and have felt no cramping at all. I woke up a lot during the night, and toss and turned, but I feel next to nothing right now. I'm gonna be taking my LR again soon, but might take 1 cap and see how I feel before taking another one.

Good idea.

Unfortunately, the cramping came back, but later on in the day. I took 2 Excedrin and now the cramping is gone. I did this the other night and it helped. I just hope that I don't have to keep popping Excedrin every day. I'm still waiting for the cramping to subside, but it has been getting better day by day.

I've already taken 2 caps of LR along with a cap of Excedrin. I've had absolutely no cramping whatsoever so far today.

Good to hear. Just make sure to maintain adequate fluid and electrolyte intake and you should be fine my friend. :)

This DCP is making me sweat like crazy and this LR has put me in the best mood for the past 5 days! It's great. Nothing gets me down. I'm always positive and optimistic. I love it!

Tonight's workout was insane. I hit the cardio real hard. I worked with the weights some, but not too much. Haven't been to the gym in almost a week, but I'm definitely gonna be making up for it!

It will definitely make you sweat quite a bit. We look forward to hearing about your short/long term results. :D Nice work thusfar!

A few months ago, I got back into the gym wanting to continue my quest for superior health and a great physique. My health is important to me and so isn't that of my family. I'm glad to say that I'm more muscle mass than body fat and tend to put on muscle rather easily. I'm going to the Corrections Academy within the next few months and will eventually be joining the US Air Force, but that will be part-time for the extra income and benefits. Still, personal physical conditioning is a great idea since I will be undergoing BCT. My recruiter suggested that I try dropping my BF% a bit so that's why I've gotten my hands on the Napalm, DCP and LR that I'm currently using. I'm also hitting the cardio machines twice per day.
