Ephedra 25mg(5AM) 25mg (2PM)
Caffeine 200mg(5AM) 200mg(2PM)

Benadryl - Prior to bed

When 2 weeks is up with ephedra, ill cycle with a OTC fat burner along with DCP

Cals will be -500 from maintenance.

Sounds like you have some major fat burning to look forward to.

We just added EC back in as well, to prep for the arnold. The combo did us very well for Olympia prep.
 
sweet bro. so that should do me well huh? I dont wanna play with clen anymore just seems to risky.
 
Why are you cycling EC when fat burning effects increase after long term use and stim side effect are more tolerable (decrease) ?

Also why only 2 times a day? studies show 25/200 3 times a day is the most effective, let me tell you, it really is, I'm on it right now!

DCP is good if you wanna feel like you're losing weight! :D

I'm running it for 16 weeks for the first time, 3 times a day 25/200 E:C

I'll be done by April 4th for this cutting cycle, quit the EC, take 2 weeks off dieting and see what to do from there, cut more or just maintain.

If I need to cut again to 8-9% (most likely needed) I'll use bromocriptine which is better than the EC stack (on paper so far) at lower bf%, under 12.
 
Omen no disrespect to you but, having your heart run twice as hard nonstop doesn't sound reasonable to me. My heart wasn't made for ephedra. Its like putting a supercharge on your car, the engine will need to be replaced a lot sooner.

How will ephedra work better down the line then it did in the beginning, 25mg 3x a day is 25mg 3x a day....how does it get better when you use the same dosage?
