Day One!

Hello,

I'm new to this site and loving it. I've been looking at a few threads and learning some new things. Have been lifting weights for some time, but was told I need more structure to get what I'm after. I guess I'm one of those late comers, am 44.

Started new program and diet today. So far so good. Having sonic with drawls and caffeine headache. :smashfreakB:

Hope to start getting to know you guys and learn some more.

Do you have any sport background?

My father is older than you and he started training last year, because the doctor told him that he shouldn't run anymore. He has progressed like a beast in the gym, damn old man soon deadlifts more than I do!

I've recently retired from military and have been lifting or doing something in the exercise realm for yrs. So now I'm takin it seriously. Would like to compete in over 50s one day.
