Dave's Newest bulk into cut for show. AAS, SLIN and GH

Patches or IM? Will there be any prolactin issues or spinach dick with the trena spinach mix?

It will be available in Patch or IM depending. We are working on a 17akylated version to pass the liver properly.

No prolactrone issues but Spinachmastia is a possibility at high doses. We recommend using spina-dex to combat that.

I can't wait for Sust-inach 250 to release; I'm tired of the peaks & valleys I experience on Spin A Prop, especially if I miss a day. Takes a bit longer to build the phytochemicals up, but I don't hold nearly as much water or Vitamin A w/ the longer esther.

Figure I can just frontload the cycle with Trimethylspinachbol anyway.

Anybody ever hear of anyone going hypoglycemic & having seizures from pinning Slinach? Heard it's nuts when added into a bulking regiment, but it scares me some.

Just finished my last meal as well. Don't die - some female mortician will tie a pencil to your funstick til the rigor mortis sets in then keep your body in her closet for a real-life bodybuilder blowup doll when she wants to go cowgirl. DD you have to add the slinach bro, massive pumps but make sure you carry a few spinach sugar pops in case of hypospinachglycemia. Add this to your cruise of 350 spina sus and follidrone spinach log this bro...

Hahahahaha I prefer the spinasust 250 man. But Slinach will definitely be in my off season bulk with a ton of spinach sugar pop. I prefer Sour Spinach Patch Kids candy to control my blood spinach levels tho. To each spinach enhancer their own. Hahaha
 
So I've been on Slinidrone for a week, everyone keep saying it was safe and there aren't side effects and its non hormonal, but now every time I bust I might as well be Slimer from the Ghostbusters, did I permanently mess myself up?! Help!!

Hey DD, can we have some discussion in this thread about exercises, set and rep schemes for hypertrophy?

It really boils down to a few things. Pump, TUT, muscle damage and proper recovery. I can elaborate more on one of those if you want
 
Mainly i just want to know the total number of reps/sets for each muscle group is optimal in your experience. Referring to cutting and bulking.

I think that's experimental. Dave may do sets of 12-15 with a 1010 rep cadence.(don't know his actual plan) I do a lot of 3010 cadence and sets of 6-8. My sets last around 40 seconds. That's some TUT. Gotta hang up ego though my lifts are girly with it. Try all of it. See how you develop better.

I'll add. I think there's a time for power building type work and the heavy hypertrophy. I do owe my base to lifting heavy ass weights. I feel further development will come from hypertrophy.
 
I definitely like 12-15s with a deliberate 3230. That 2 second hold/squeeze really gets the fibers firing. And keeping that tempo on the eccentric after you've squeezed out the last of your juice is a real test of pain tolerance. It's also a great way to get a lot out of very light weight.

I do like a pause at the top with a flex on some work. Mostly pulling. It's what really gets my back biceps and shoulders torched. I'm too sissy to pause a squat.
 
Don't change the way your train whether bulking or cutting. The goal of lifting is always the same....to build muscle. You can grow into a show, nutrition also plays a huge factor into growth.

Cycling training is a good idea with volume & intensity but for growth....staying between 8-15 for MOST body parts Seems feesible for growth. Occasionally working in 20-30 reps for certain body parts/exercises

I do 4 second negatives I feel like that may work as well as pauses. I need a lifting partner worth a **** for the comfort level of having a spotter.

Little sneak peak. I have water to drop still. I'm going to emergency plan because I'm holding about 2-3lbs too much before I cut sodium tomorrow. Time to start the diuretics.

Thanks man. I need to be dryer. I sent that to my coach and his response.. "What the fuk Dave?! Why you holding water in your back??" I was like "**** I dunno, I did everything you said and stuck to the diet dead on". He told me to get LAsix and start it tomorrow to pull water.
 
You look soggy but pretty decent still. Still see decent Christmas tree. Hopefully these diuretics get you looking incredible.

They will. My body just doesn't want to shed water after I cut then refilled last weekend. It's just pissed. 40 mg of Lasix every few hours will make me drop a TON of water.
 
No more water or food starting in about 15 min til weigh-ins tomorrow in Kansas City around 5pm. Just gotta chew gum, spit in a cup, & think about all the bbq I'll smash once I make weight :biggthumpup:

Hammer potassium or you'll flatten out. Carb up w white potatoes or use caps. I know you have a coach but I'd guess your electrolytes were out of whack this week. Coconut water is phenolminal for rehydrating after a show.

I sipped it thruthe day (maybe 6oz sat) drank the remaining sat night and another Sunday with about 1/2 gal water. I was back to near "normal" by Tuesday night

Furosemide 20mg ( yellow pills) didn't work for me , I had to have something else...can't remember what it was ATM....
