database repair??

i was told that there was some database errors a while ago, and a few threads were lost, the one im looking for is found here...

its the cardio(HIIT vs low-intensity) discussion between str8flexed and bobo i really wanna go over it, just wondering if there is any chance of it being recovered, as it was a great thread!! it would really suck if it was lost forever
