I think we've been watching eachothers logs for a good 5 or 8 years between here and the dungeon so this is really big for me lol

I have a golf lesson tonight and hope to be back at a real gym tomorrow for the first time since COVID.
Training is just touch and go and comp is following all the commands like if the lift was in a meet. Try to start that early because there were a few times during meets once I came up was about to rack the weight without waiting for the command.When is the meet? Bench looks like you will pass that goal. What is the difference between your training bench and your comp bench? something in form? Or is it the pause in the bottom?

Since I moved here 4 years ago been trying to do this meet but every time something has come up. Not going to be a great meet for me but excited to be doing the meet anyways.
