I'm really anal about tracking what I eat. I have to force myself not to analyze everything little thing when I go out for dinner. lol

Haha yeah that's the good thing about eating the same thing everyday lol. It gets old but I generally know exactly where my calories will end up without tracking them. It's a whole different story when we go out to dinner though I grub out. We don't go out to eat very often though

Note to self 1/2 cup steel cut oats makes a much larger bowl of oatmeal than 1/2 regular oats lol I'm stuffed 300 cals and 54 carbs later haha

Last time I tracked and counted it ended up with food flying across the kitchen table. My wife brought home food I "couldnt eat" we lol now but it was a mess to clean up ;)

Awesome arm session today. Didn't keep track of numbers because I was running pretty late. Starting to really see the effects of masshgh and Recompadrol. Strength is going up pretty fast all my lifts the last few days have increased from the week before. And the vascularity is starting to really shine. Also my weight is down a few pounds. I hadn't weighed myself in a few days but decided to jump on the scale after the gym and I was only 214. I'm usually around 213 waking up and 216-217 after the gym. Ill weigh my self onthe morning to get a better reading.

Smashed my shoulders today and arms yesterday. Hit PRs on super wide grip presses (all the way down to chest) tonight. Strength is def. improving slowly but surely. Hittin the Arnold tomorrow about a 3 hr drive so we'll be on the road by 7. Hopefully diet shouldn't suffer lol

Alright guys. After a crazy weekend everything's back on track. I guess yesterday was the only really crazy day but anyway. Didnt plan on diet taking such a huge hit yesterday but man it did lol. We ate at a "waffle house" (never been there before) for breakfast and ended up getting Wendy's on the way home. Worst part is I didn't bring my Recompadrol with me so I was feeling bloated as fuk! I could tell I hadn't eaten that crappy for a long time because all the Grease really tore me up. Woke up feelin kinda sh1tty still even this morning. Still was 213.6 this morning. Went in and had a pretty good chest workout though. My left shoulder is still giving me fits. It started hurting pretty bad during flat bench so I stopped and opted out of dips.
