Dan just ordered me some dpol, mm foor me and condense for the wife (actualy I wanted to try it too, but she's always excited to get something new so I will say its hers, haha).

Just wondering how your energy level is throughout the day, with not being on test. And how is the recycle, I'm not up to date on what its purpose is but been recommended to get some aswell. Anyways br looks like a damn good layout for pct, keep at it my man.

Your going to love the mm man. Try the dpol 1/2 scoop MM 1/2 scoop condense. I hear that's the ticket haha.

As far as energy goes I feel drained! I was going to do an update this weekend but ill go ahead and do one today when I get back from the gym.

Sucks ur drained bro, maybe u will stary getting more energy the longer these supps are in ya. Yeah I'm stoked to try these supps but don't wanna have to go light on pct, but if that's what I need to do I will.

its prolly good cause I will b going on an all out bulk next, so better recover and heal a bit. Its hell on ur body when ur not use to pushing it to the max.
 
Alright quick update. So day 3 of pct and so far I've expieranced all of the normal pct signs haha had headaches on and off since Sunday and have had zero energy in the mornings until about 2 hours after I wake up. Weight has held steady at 216.4 since Sunday. Another thing I've noticed is I've been STARVING constantly no matter how much I eat I'm still hungry afterwards. So far Tylenol isn't helping the headaches. I believe it's still too early to tell anything from the supps but hopefully they kick in soon. Went In and hit back and shoulders today. Felt a little better after the gym

Why are you going light in pct?? I've always been told to lift as heavy as you were on cycle just reduce the volume / intensity a bit.

I have and have had success with it but deloading is proper... Remember recovery will suck off cycle due to hormone imbalance. It's up to users body

The way I've understood it is you just want to do enough to stimulate the muscle. Your body's still shut down making very little natural test. So if u go in and destroy a muscle group it can't recover properly.

Thanks dude. And yeah these headaches suck. It's not a terrible migraine or anything just one of those annoying headaches that won't go away lol

The dbol headaches were insane yesterday. No matter what I did it wouldn't go away. Did it stop me from dosing? Hell no made me dose another one so I'd get adjusted and quit having them... Sounds like a solid plan right???..... :firedevil:

Keep pushing man! I've had a few bad pcts but It is a learning experience. My last pct was incredible though. You have to fight the mental block it puts you in!

The way I see it bro is if your trying to keep your gains why not use this new muscle? Why would your body keep all this new muscle If it's not being used. I'm not saying smash yourself but lift heavy.

You got to think about the recovery aspect bro! Not only that but the mass cortisol spike

Like I said man don't smash yourself just a couple sets / exercises lift heavy. Cut the intensity / volume back, take more time between sets etc etc deload after pct. Recovery shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't annihilate your muscles like you do on cycle.

I agree... It works for me but not most... Just gotta figure what works for u

The way I look at it I don't want to break any muscle down without bring able to repair it. I read somewhere alot of guys don't even go to the gym the first 10 days. ill gradually start lifting heavier though just want to give my body some time

Just cut the weights back to like 40-50% of where you were while ON. Do that for a week and then start ramping it back up.

Hey guys quick update. Pct is finally starting to not be so bad haha. Headaches are gone for the most part. Still pop up but aren't as painful and go away much faster. Libido/hunger is SKY high! I'm gonna give credit to the dpol and recycle for that ha. Still feeling pretty tired more than usual but that's to be expected. I've been eating a little over maintenance and still weighing about 216. Gonna go hit legs later on today . Ill update after
