Dans Purus PCT stack

Whats up guys. My names Dan and ill be stacking up Dpol and recycle For my PCT of a 14 Week test cycle. Huge thanks to Grambo and the rest of the purus bros for the hook up on both products Much appreciated. I will be supplying Slinshot MM and Condense on my own. But will probably not take any PWO (MM & COndense. i will be taking Dpol PWO) the first 3 weeks. Im going to take this oppertunity of PCT to heal up and work on form. My split is going to be 3 days a week in the gym. doing two sets of 8-10 light reps for all sets.

Back/Bi/ Tri
Chest/shoulder
Legs/form work.

Entire PCT line up is...
Nolva 20/20/20/20
was going to also do clomid but decided to ditch it
Dpol
Recycle
Slinshot-probably one serving a day post workout or with dinner
Multi
MM-starting the last week.
condense-starting the last week.

This is my forst PCT so obviously my first PCT log so if im leaving anything out during this feel free to let me know.

Hell yeah my bros are in the b1tch! I'm gonna need the support I think lol Well supped up and hit the gym this morning. This whole not lifting heavy thing is for sure going to take some getting used to. Barely broke a sweat. But it's necessary so gotta do what I gotta do to keep gains. Diet will be about 200 cals over maintainence today. Oh and also changed split up already bi/tri/chest today

Good pct workout man. You are definitely hitting the right reps and sets for pct.

I know after a cycle you always feel weak or like you are skimping workouts during pct. Don't let it bother you. Have faith in your lifting and in your pct protocol and you will be good in no time.

Damn, almost missed this bad boy. PCT looks solid bud. ENtitrely up to you homey, but 6 pills a day of recycle is freekin sweet dude. Just saying, Grambo had suggested it a year back or so when I logged it for him befiore I was a rep. 4 pills a day good, 6 pills a day GREAT!!!

Speaking of the dude curling in the squat rack(which is the only one at my gym), I had no choice but to confront this 18-20 yr old kid (soccer player). He had those jay cutler fat grips on the bar and curling it with 5s on there. I even did leg pressed ext and curls first he still wasn't done. So I tapped him on the shoulder and asked what he was doing. He replied wtf does it look like I'm doing? I said curling in the only squat rack here. I'm here to squat so take your ****ing fat grips and throw em on the ex curl bar. Lol felt good after that.

Lol it's all good bro. I know the feelin. Until like a month and a half ago my gym only had one squat rack that got used for...squats,bb shoulder press,incline bb,bb row, shrugs, upright rows, and of course the curls lol so I know how u feel. Thank god we got a cage a squat rack and an incline bench set up now

Recycle is pretty much good all the time. I went with 4 in the morning with 3 d-pol then 2 more later in the day.
