DangerDave's Long Azz Cycle before Contest Prep

Stil a bit confused. Looking at your last pic doesnt look like you have gyno at all.


Its there man. Those pics were first thing in the morning when gyno is smallest. In the afternoon it shows up. Its has shrunk considerably and I might only be on letro for another 2 weeks and then start my cycle early
 
you cant really see it when i get gyno, but it hurts like a mother ****er. ive had lumps the size of a quarter before, but everyone says thay cant see it.
 
That shyt scares the hell out of me bros. I'm runnin an AI and wonder if it would've hit me by now or not. Never been prone to it but you can't say never

Have any of you guys ever gotten a abscess? I figured from the amount you all pin there must be "that one time".

Not yet :-). I'm pretty clean about it though. Washed hands fresh sterile pins alcohol etc. I always use the same sources as well. It helps.
 
Got an abscess from bold ace, took a week to clear up. It was a sterile abscess, and it was just from it being such a harsh substance

1" is fine. That's what I used an no issues. Was able to pin glutes, ventrogluts, quads, and delts with no prob.
 
1" is all i use. i wouldnt worry about an abscess. just dont pin a **** load in a tiny muscle
 
I've used 25g 1" all the way in on all the spots I've done(side delts, quads, glutes) no problems at all.
 
Update...

Ok bros. Its been an intense week in country but life is settling in. I got a wicked sinus infection but am getting over it now. I am assuming the letro crushed my estrogen along with my immune system. My gyno is almost non existent now.

1. Im tapered back down to 2mg ed letro fora few days andthen to 1mg and then .5mg and should be on aromasin mid next week. Still using the rest of a bottle of formestane as well.
2. Still pinning 300mg Test E every sunday.
3. Looks like my cycle will push up 1 week after I am sure gyno wont pop back up.
4. DESTROYED my legs yesterday here it is....

As far as pins.. i use 1" 25g to pin and usually a 22g to draw. My bodyfat is decently low so i went down to 1" needles a few months back.

Today is an off day and tomorrow starts the serious training.

Dave how many calories and how many grams of protein you'll be consuming?
 
You can replace quad extensions with front squats, at least thats what I do. It's not as much isolation but I feel like front squats are a good end of workout burnout for quads.

Right now I am in the 3400 calorie range. I get around 300g of protein not including 2 shakes 1 of 24g and another post workout of 48g. I am eating quite a bit of carbs right now and moderate fat.
Monday (your guys sunday night because I am 8 1/2 hours ahead of east coast) I start my anabolic prime. I will be consuming around 200g of protein (not including shakes) 300g Carbs and 75g Fat puting me at right about 2700 calories and a 500 deficit from maintenance. This will deprive my body during hard 6 days a week sessions for 2 weeks totaling 12 sessions. This results in my body fighting to replace burnt energy and fighting to recover, not having enough calories will cause me to start being under recovered leading into the next workout. Right before I go catabolic around the 15th day I load up all my gear and flood my body with 900mg of test and 900mg EQ as well as jumping to 3500 calories. This results in a rush of nutrients that my body was deprived of for almost 2 weeks, the gear will speed up recover resulting in over compensation of glycogen storage and muscle repair. This is the same theory (anyone who has done a massive cut knows) that professional bodybuilders use coming out of contest. Because your body was so close to extreme catabolism the switch to anabolism is so drastic that your body over compensates with muscle repair and growth to prevent that in the future. This is also a reason you gain so heavy and fast at the beginning of a cycle. Your body was looking for that extra "push" to grow very fast and hard.

Hope that makes sense. I have a book on that goes pretty in depth on the subject and can copy paste some of the chapter if you need more clarification.

I love bulking, I don't care if its lean or all out. Getting prepared for this cut sucks. Reducing cals has been a mother ****er. I'm jealous of ur bulk bro.

I tested my tren the other day as its from the source that shall go unnamed and I got to say that ****s on point. It was full of binders so I had to do some filtering and sterilizing but it turned out looking amazing. 50mg had me destroying some vagina... Was a little worried as it didn't have the bite that most tren does. But it was only 50mg mix with some other ****. So when I blast with 100mg I think I'm going to be an insane person for the month.

I did something very similar for about 14 days before my cycle as well. Really went low on my carbs and cals in general, very high intensity workouts. I felt that this cause a huge spike in my metabolism and energy when I started my cycle and the muscle I built in a 4 week cycle has all stayed so I attribute much of this to this method

Forgot to write down yesterdays chest workout but I do remember there was 10 sets for upper, 10 middle and 10 sets of fly movements with 5 sets of pre exhaustion.

Chemical updates-
Letro is down to 1mg ed and I brought in 12.5mg aromasin that I will be running up to the cycle then back onto letro.

Tomorrow (sunday) is another 300mg injection of Test E

I am looking at some interesting modifications to include some different compounds as well as bridging into my cycle, it might extend out past the 16 weeks. We will see.

Volume...

Volume looks pretty normal to me, or at least it's about the same as what I do. He has 17 sets shoulders, 10 sets bis, and 10 sets tris.
 
Here are 2 quick pics. Quads are developing nicely, I see an improvement at least for separation of the muscles. Upper chest is starting to develop and waist is thinning. I am only cruising right now so it should be getting interesting soon. FST-7 is the sh*t!
