Today i did chest and triceps !
10 minuts warm up on the ol treaddy !
Shoulder mobility warmup.
Peckdeck 5 sets 110x2 warm up set. 143 158 169 176 191 lbs !
Then went over to chestpress machine... And my shoulder was a bit defect!
But still managed to get 5 okay sets! 8 reps a set
110 110 110 110 110 lbs
Incline bench dumbbells 5 sets 39 44 44 48 lbs
Cable flyers mid. 10 sets 33 lbs pr set
Im in week 3 on my cycle 500 test e a week. And i feel like im 18 years again! And my wee wee likes to play almost all the time i can even get ready on command

The wifey loves me again...She is walking like in the old cowboy movies !!!!
Then my old gym buddy came...He was gonan train legs..But his back was out...
Soooo i did peckdeck 5 sets more with him and some benched incline flyers,,,Never did them before..But my shoulders were so sore so i had to call it quits!
Went home and got some nice food!! And now sitting here writing a diary for Hairygranpa
