Details please!!!

Malek256 said:psywzrd, there's a thread on AM (here) where Big Vrunga and I were exchanging info, I can't seem to find it.
But I tracked the use of the brush as an experiment on my own site here: Invalid Link Removed
Malek256 said:psywzrd, lemme know either way okay? Especially if it doesn't work for you, I would feel bad to find out I was one of a small percentage of responders or something.
But also, if it keeps working for many people, it would be great to pass the word around!
psywzrd said:Thanks man. I actually ordered one of those things based on your success. Hopefully I'll get some positive results from it as well.
MARKERS
these are things I'm looking to achieve over the next 8 months:
- 3 regulation pull-ups in 30 seconds
- 10 regulation push-ups in 30 seconds
- run a mile in 6 minutes
- kettlebell snatches without injury (last time I tried snatches, I *badly* re-injured my right shoulder on just 3 reps @ 12kg)
- general joint stability
- lack of pain in joints
- good range-of-motion in joints
- no need for shoulder surgery
- lose the 'water-balloon' torso
- normalisation of the endocrine system generally, GH & sex-complex specifically; optimisation, if possible.
- bodyfat below 15%
- able to put 50 lbs overhead stably & without pain
- no more depression

since the goal is rejuvenation (to whatever extent may be possible), I plan to begin at the beginning, with bodyweight: calisthenics, floor exercises, walking / running, plus farmer carries. Will also be doing some yoga, some tai-chi & chi kung & general balance / reaction stuff. Early focus will be on relatively brief bursts of intense, whole-body activity spaced throughout the day, with walking, running & carrying beginning to build endurance
As things develop, I’ll be cutting back on the yoga & adding in other more vigorous activities, such as stick & staff work, roadwork, tumbling & weighted work: deadlifts, dumbbells, kettlebells.
By 4 months, I plan to introduce a focused weight training regimen alongside the speed & flexibility work.
My idea is to take advantage of the opportunity to rebuild strength from the bottom up & inside out, and to mimic childhood development as a guide to normal youthful physical activity; this way, I intend to establish a solid and unified base of general fitness and build from there, ramping up the intensity and complexity and all the while keeping a mix of activities in play. Sounds grandiose but let’s see how it goes.

In addition the usual of weight & bodyfat & calories, I’ll also be tracking such exotica as circumferential measurements, hair color and thickness, skin tone and texture, floaters & general visual reactivity & acuity, changes in perceived tinnitus, changes in quality & degree of joint pain, speed of growth (nails, hair), and so on.

If you are in (or beyond) your 40s, and feeling prematurely old, without joy or energy, you might seriously entertain any of IBE's GHRP-6 offeringsas a foundational step in recovering your health, strength, passion, and quality of life. It's made a life-changing difference for me!First my marriage broke down then my diet broke down, then my sleep (the baby helped with that); got bitter, resentful, angry, depressed, fat & unhealthy, in that order; after 3 years of that, wife left, took the one child, the one car, the one bank account, started screwing my "friends", then I turned 40, then my dad died. I've been depressed - and my health has been deteriorating - ever since.
All this led to an ultimate low point, right around my 54th birthday; in the absence of my daughter, away at school, and the absence of my wife, now gone for more than a year, I was consumed by self-hatred and a HUGE unwillingness to continue to live in the life I'd made for myself - I stopped caring about anything, even living.
BodyWizard said:poison - thank you, bro...it has been a gift to me to share this process; I appreciate your attention!
rocckky - although I did a month's worth of the Oratropin, my focus and figuring has been on the GHRPs - that is, growth-hormone -releasers, so down-regulation has not been a notable factor for me: GH production is still enhanced, which was and is the primary action.
were I to begin again anew, I would dose regularly for 6 months (5 days on, 2 days off), take a week off between boxes, and a month off between the first 6 and the last 6 months. I would dose around 7-8pm in order to maximise the GH output from the evening pulse (~10pm), and let the morning pulse take care of itself.
Beyond that, I'd take it in an empty, freshly-brushed mouth and smear it all over the inside of my mouth, gums, etc., then give it a full hour to penetrate.
That's all I can think of now. I'll probably add more later....
Thanks for sharing the journey!
BodyWizard said:No, I have no starting lab-work: no money at the time, among other things (would have cost me 2-3x the cost of my 'tropins). It would truly be good to see the differences pre- and post-. I base my contention that GH levels are elevated on the continuing improvement in my overall health, vigor, and condition. 'Brotelligence', I know, not good research...but I'm having NO trouble keeping up w/ my 36-year-old girlfriend - in OR out of the sack
thanks, dude - my BF is at a 19-year low (started packing on extra fat when my daughter was still in the oven); I had a video-chat w/ my brother a couple weeks ago, and he commented I looked like I'd lost weight, so I stood up, stripped off my shirt & he was amazed. "you haven't just lost weight - you've put on a lot of good-quality muscle!"Well its official...your in better shape than me thats for sure..
Way to go BW.

Have been very tired lately, probably due to the heat: it's been over 100 this whole week, and has been well over 90 every day for a couple months. Today, it's 107 in the shade on my back porch.
Even so, the humidity has been brutal, for all the talk about drought. There's stuff going on at home, as well. Libido non-existent.
I have passed my NASM certification, at long last. Time to clear the decks, get the worfout room squared away, and take a couple of key folks to lunch....
There's sure to be more developments soon.
Thanks, guys - great to hear from ya!
I'm currently sitting thru another round of oral surgery, which will not be complete until March '08, but I'll be back in action in another week or so.
This log is way overdue for an update - especially as it's been a year now since my run ended. TIme to take a look back...but not today (at least, not right now - I've started on my fall yardwork checklist).
Back soon, though
tooth trouble - had it all my life: combination of bad dentistry & weak teeth. This time, I had the remains of a dead tooth removed & a bone braft done to strengthen/repair the mandible. Net time, they'll install a titanium post into which the bone will grow.
End result? Teeth I can bite & chew with as if they were real teeth. Going rate is about 4k USD per tooth.
