I'm all sorts of jelly I never made it out to get my gobbler. At least I still have two deer left.

These are actually all from my Nebraska bow hunt last year. I didn't get one this year. Indiana birds are a bit tougher to come across haha. I'm running low on deer. I only got 2 this year.

Today was supposed to be an off day but I went in and did cardio since the weather is so crappy today.

I did a 1 mile run (7:45 PR for me) followed by 10 min LIIT and then 10 min sprint work followed by 45 min incline speed walk

Thanks buddy! I almost completely came out of hiding today to post pics lol I went back and compared some from a few weeks ago and was actually really happy with the progress thus far. Its funny how you dont notice Changes in yourself daily. I'm gonna hold out until the 7th like originally planned

Elbows could be tendonitis. I have periodic issues with that too
 
Or tennis elbow, I've recently found out via the hard way that you can get tennis elbow from lifting weights... Would that make it lifting elbow??

Just another name for tendonitis specific to the elbow. Lol. I get it bad if I do bb or ez bar curls too much.
 
Ive been getting it bad on pressing movements. My physio told me tennis elbow is a muscular problem, not connective tissue.

Tennis elbow is an overuse injury occurring in the lateral side of the elbow region, but more specifically it occurs at the common extensor tendon that originates from the lateral epicondyle. The acute pain that a person might feel occurs when they fully extend their arm.

Back is smoked. Today was the last back day of phase 1. Phase 2 brings more volume/intensity. Instead if just short rest periods ill be adding in drop sets and longer squeeze/holds/stretches and more sets. I'm gonna have to split chest/shoulders up I think for phase 2 with adding more sets I don't think I'll be able to get everything in. I may give it a shot though. Legs tomorrow and then officially onto phase 2
