How the hell do I measure this? Im trying to run

40/40/20/20 so how would this convert if I have 30mL 1mg/mL of liquid nolva?? ANy help is greatly appreciated!!

You must have typed that wrong or it is printed wrong on your container...1MG per ML?????????.

Firstly, I seriously doubt that it's 1mg/ml.. If it is, then you would have to take 30ml to get 30mg.. You see, for every 1 ml, there is 1mg.. So, 10ml=10mg, and 20ml=20mg, and so on.

hmm thats what it said. Well I have another one in mind that is 30ml @ 25mg/ml. So that would be 25mg for every 1ml that I take correct?

just a rough estimate 1.55ml would be about 40mg...

just run it 50-25-25 in 3 weeks, thats all you need.
so for 1 week take 2 full squirts a day
for 2 and 3 week take 1 full squirt a day.
math is so simple
