Ok so I finally took the plunge and started daily Cialis at 2.5mg daily. Will bump it up if need be. Saw a bunch of videos about the general health/gym benefits plus im starting to see a new chick so I'd like to be "good to go". Anyway, I'm insane and 2 days in I'm freaking out. Anyone get any weird side effects on daily Cialis or do you guys think it's a nice compliment to TRT. So far I've noticed great pumps in the gym and also my dick is harder lol

It can cause major acid reflux issues. I've heard some take something like pepcid complete for that.

Headaches, I've read that is due to sinus vasodilation which causes congestion.

Definitely agree with the acid reflux…even at 5mg I get it.

I usually take the research chem version so it’s hard to get exactly right. I shoot for between 5 and 7 mgs. If 2.5 is working for you though stick with that. Also never noticed any stomache upset. Does give me a stuffy head for a few days if I haven’t taken it for awhile. I order a bunch then run out and usually wait until I order something else to get more. Lol So I’ll be on it for months then might have a week or two off. I know a lot of people worry about becoming dependent on it. I have never noticed that happening and function fine without it so no worries there.

Yeah to be honest at 2.5 I'm not seeing a huge difference. There is for sure a difference but it's suttle. I know that after a few days it builds up a bit in your system. I started it Friday and now it's Sunday. If I'm not feeling raging hard-ons by Tuesday I'll have to bump it to 5 lol

It definitely builds up…all of a sudden you’ll be getting half hard every time you think about taking a leak. At least that’s my experience.

In some other communities, I believe most take 10mg per day and consider that low dose. I believe most of their intent is to stave off bph. I believe there are studies to support effects on bph, but I dont recall the dosage required in those studies.

Subjectively, I'd definitely have performance enhancement at 5mg. I dunno about 2.5 though. That sounds pretty low (fully understanding that you are trying to find min dosage for what works for u)

Yeah I mean I was just making out with a chick I was out with today. I got hard from it but it didn't really seem like a Cialis boner. Last time I took Cialis back in 2015 I used a 5mg troche and man that **** was ridiculous. This boner seemed normal. I want a drug induced super boner lol

Oral pregnenolone has been a game changer for my libido. Without it my levels were very low and hCG didn't keep them elevated. I take 100-200mg daily now and can perform multiple times daily with my girl. I'm 45 for point of reference.

I was asking more for myself - could I have damaged my boner generating ability by having taken boner pills when I didn’t need them? I think it’s confirmed that the answer is no. Any weak boners I had were a result of stress, age and/or anabolic usage.

Interesting that you say anavar raises your libido. This further reinforces my belief that what I took a few weeks ago was not actually anavar. I started at 10mg/day and tapered up to 70mg/day. I felt like I had decca dick for the whole run!

Sustain Alpha helped get my libido back up and functioning closer to where I wanted it. Now on Icon1 and UltraHard, I’m back to being a machine. I’m not sure what it is that my system is really benefiting from in this combo - the dhea, pregnenolone, or epiandro? I think I’m naturally on the lower end of the DHT spectrum so these things show a big improvement to me.

damn...i was hoping the sinus congestion was just a viagra thing. is sinus congestion common with cialis also?

i'm prescribed viagra 100mg, but have to use a pill cutter and cut into 4ths [25mg] to be able to tolerate the sinus congestion.

one other thing, if i use viagra on consecutive days or even more than a couple times a week it loses it's effectiveness-cialis is good to go even with daily dosing?

I don’t feel any sinus congestion from tadalafil neither from vardenafil but some heartburn with both with doses above 5mg. Sildenafil gave me headaches and sinus congestion.

i can only take sildenafil [viagra] at 25mg, any more and sides are so bad the effect isn't worth it. looking forward to trying cialis [tada]

Beginning this year I started with taking 2.5mg daily. Effects were good, but then I upped the dose to 5mg and the results are fantastic. I never had problems with erections before, but the quality is so much improved now. I wouldn't have believed that it could get so much better. This has been one of the best decisions I've made in that department.

At first I started taking it before going to bed with my night stack. But this gave me pronounced side effects. Now I take it in the morning and it's much better.

i have a prescription for viagra and get some congestion at a quarter of my 100mg pill [25mg]. i can get generic cialis thru a RC and was hopeful the sinus congestion wouldn't be as bad as the viagra...unfortunately i don't have access to vardenifil.

like you i use decongestant when using viagra-it's the only thing that helps even at low dose [25mg].

5 mg daily gives me pretty reliable responsiveness. If I'm expecting some action later in the day I'll take an extra one and I am pretty much unstoppable. In the past I've used the full dose of 20 mg and it pretty much makes me good for indefinite multiple rounds for about 36 hours.

For drug-induced super horny, I advise you to start with 20 mg and go down. I've taken 40 with no side effects, I take apple cider vinegar. But below 10, there is no super horny, for me.

Honestly, I think you have to stop administering Cialis daily. The active substance is tadalafil, mainly used in erectile dysfunction, pulmonary hypertension, and prostatic hyperplasia. There's no sufficient study-based proof for tadalafil usance in anabolic purposes.
