daa+animalStak+erase

The orders in, erase pro+stak+mStak+daa. I know i been kind of critical about the stak IM on. but people have been telling me my shoulders look allot wider. i have been blowing it off. but shoulder to shoulder i have gained a few inches and weight has defiantly gone up about 3-5lb. haven't checked my BF. i want an official check from the gym. I look lean if not leaner, so i don't expect more BF. I am consuming 3200-3700cal daily on average. we will see how it goes.
gona try and post some pics after my work out to day.

Question. stak says to do 3weeks then a week break. should i take a week just erase+daa, then go back into mstak+stak+erase+daa for the last 3-4 weeks.

I never did that and I didn't see any negative effects when I stacked them... But don't trust a guy who didn't read the entire bottle! That **** doesn't make your stomach hurt?
 
ok, so i wraped up the third week today. animal satk says to take a week off and start over again. The next seven day stack will just be erase and daa. Then will be back to Erase + DAA + Animal Stack + M Stak. for the last three weeks of the cycle. At some point im going to also start up with creatine.
Also i occationaly use a sleeping aid that works wonders.

sleep aid Contains per sering, i take 2 sometimes:
Vit B6 5mg, Calcium 52mg, Melatonin 3mg, L-Theanine 25mg, GABA 25mg, Chamomile extract + Valerian extract 8.5mg

Joint supp:
msm 1.5g, Glucosamine 1.5g, Hyaluronic acid 3.3mg = i take two two times a day on occation

Staple supps = 100% whey 2-3 day. unilivers 10-20 or more a day. optimen daily(BS vitamin), fish oil 4-8 aday if not more.

Kill the home made weight gainer 2- 3 a day comming in at 800-1042 cal a serving. depending on if i have all my ingredients handy. my total cal for the day is 3200-4000, excessive, but im still lean as f+ck!

todays wrk out, dont laff at me :(

275x5x5 deadlift -went up just a tad from 225 hard as hell to keep a grip. but refuse to strap, might have too.
90x5x5 weighted dips - can go heaver , will be adding 5lb to 10lb nothing to compare to never really got into wieghted dips.
35x5x5 weighted pullups - can go heaver will be adding 5lb next week if i can do with proper form.
245x5x5 squat - possible heaver, but will stay here for a nother week or so, same with deadlift becuase of back issues
80x5x5 preacher curl - diffenitly could go heaver, but dont want to lose form.

previus day chest i did flat(100lb 5x5) and incline(100lb 5x5) dumbells. mastered it, 105lb should be no prob and dont really see or feel a limit. This is a decent jump i struggled throught sets of 85lb dumbells flat, 75lb incline.

There is no recoupe time! i almost dont get soreness. i used to be sore for three four days. now im ready to rock allmost next day. Energy , i dont want to leave the gym. its like the energizer bunny. a min or two rest between sets i can keep going, almost as fresh as the first.

bodywieght at least over 5lb gain. Strength throught the roof, i dont think i even tested my self really. Next week will do a MAX check , which i should of done b4 but ... atleast i have another month left to compare.

pics. need to start posting, or atleat taking for my self. ppl comment that i do look alot wider and my chest is noticable larger and more square shaped.
Becuase my disc's are all f+cked up, plus my knees. i do lack some confidence with squats deadlifts Exersices like that. but i need to put that to the side , but confidensce/ego is the hardest part. Dont want to get hurt so i will countinue to progresse slowly with some exercises.
Will deffinatly start posting every wrk out from now on.

im sure there are some things i left out, but, Keep it real crew, im a big boy! what do i lack, what should i do. dont worry u wont hurt my feelings, i prefer honesty!

That looks really good..I'm missing the yougurt and virgin olive oil... I've never thought of putting those things in there... I always use milk with mine but I normally only use 1/2 a cup of oats and supplement in cytocarb 2 scoops (1/2 serving) and use IDS Smart Gainer (1/2 serving ) which is like 310 calories 33g protein...Sometimes I will use two scoops but then I have to go half milk/half water.

I have a small blender that I use and it really chops that shiz up.
 
Yeh but this way ur also getting over 50g protein and a ton slow carbs. U can add glutemin for a quick hit after wrkout

Hey man I have done a few ph cycles and did get REALLY good results, but is just not worth the risk, and by risk I mean liver and kidney issues... And loss of sex drive..
 
Yeh. Just how risky are they. The goal is bulk. I would like 20-30lb muscle total. But I worry lot about sides.
Was thinking of starting a short Ph cycle though. What's ur input.

Depending on your body type 30 lbs may be hard to hit even for a 8 week cycle. The most I have ever gained was 30lbs in a month but I was holding a lot of fat after. The last 8 week I did I was able to add about 15lbs of lean mass. But o had my blood work done and my liver and kidneys are elevated and my test is supper low.
 
The only other sides I seen when I was on where, loss of sex drive, I was lethargic and very mild breakouts.
I am not gonna do another ph cycle again. If I do anything I am gonna just do the real stuff, its not as harsh on you body.

I'm sure, test is the lightest on the body it seems.

So how do you like the erase? I am looking to run the same stack you are doing. I loved the m-stak and stak and test.. they worked amazing for me, adding in a ai like erase would be awesome I bet.

First time using erase and I am completely sold! I don't know how I live this long with out it. I can go balls to the wall and my recovery is almost instant
I don't really get sore anymore just tight. And feels like I need to do more streaching. But I'm ready to hit the same muscle group the next day and push harder.
I can't realty test for estrogen suppression but the cortisol blocking effect is sic!! From the stack I'm on, erase is diffenetly a power player
By Tuesday I can give a 90% report on erase . I'm off stak for a week only taking daa and erase now untill Tuesday, when ill be starting back Up with stak, m stak, DAA and erase.

Its hard to find a supp co/product that lives up to its claims. but when i do i keep em close.

pesciense + universal (animal) + purus labs = real deal!

im sure there are others out there but havent found them yet
 
todays work

Incline DB bench:
3x5 100lb dumbells -----to easy
1x5 105lb dumbells ----still was easy
1x5 110lb dumbells ----more like it will be starting off at 110lb dumbells next week. (PR)

Flat DB press:
4x5 105lb dumbells
1x4 110lb dumbells (PR) confidence way up today, gona try starting at 110lb next week. im think i might be able to pop a 5x5 at that weight

Close grip bench:
5x5 185lb --- going to go up here to. this was a slight challange after all the chest work but gota get real here.

Tried to finish off with handstand push up, prob did like 5-8 reps total. want to master these, but need to control my balance. putting feet on the wall messes up reps. trying to go 5x5. lemme know whats good, any feed back or correction. currently doing erase = 1 morrning, 1 evening, 1-2hr before bed, DAA 1hr pre work out, muscle marinade 20min pwo.

my eating habits started to take effect a little while before starting this stak. i have been for atleats 3 months eating alittle every 20min -30min. plus usually heavery meals.
i take 3peaces of chicken breast/steak choped up with alot of mixed veggies to wrk every day, and snack on it all day. my metabolism is on hyper drive. i need to eat something every hour or it feels like im about to starve to death and thats even after big meals.
