D-pol Rev Black Stack

This excited me tons bro! I'm on my first day of a 60 day dpol run. Bout the only difference is I'm stacking with spirodex. I look forward to watching your results.

D-pol has exceeded my expectations so far. Purus makes a quality product for sure. There are some days where you are just pumped 24/7. Can't wait to see what the rest of the cycle brings
 
Day 13 was core and abs. Felt good seem to be leaning out a little bit.
Day 14 was a rest day.
Day 15 was yesterday, chest and some tri's. my diet haven't been the best with Easter on Sunday and yesterday being dyngus day. Which is a polish drinking holiday where bars open at 8 am, it's a crazy day. With my diet not being the best I look amazing, still full, pumped and leaning out, back on track with diet today though. During the last couple exercises my biceps we in some pain, the pump was awesome. I don't know if I have ever seen this much definition and pump in my back then after this workout. I have used an Eca stack before and I think this stack is leaning my out better. For my pre workout I'm still taking 1 rounded scoop of the new craze and 1 oxyelite pro pill. I've taken both before just not together and separately they haven't leaned me out like this, so I think it has to be the d-pol and revolution pct. I was taking the combination of the 2 pre workout before I started the d-pol stack and it wasn't leaning me out at all like this, just gave me good energy to lift.
 
I've noticed the last couple of days that the libido has dropped and I've taken d-aspartic acid before and it shoots the libido through the roof. The only thing I can think of Is the revolution pct is a little to much with 2 caps being 100mg so starting tomorrow ill be taking 1 cap which is only 50 mg. I thought that I read that before where guys libidos have dropped with higher dosages of the erase compound.

Yeah if your estrogen is in the weeds it will cause libido to drop. Back off the rev and see how it goes.
 
Obviously the rev pct is working great but I never experienced it with erase, ad-3 pct or novaldren xt. I guess the extra 25 mg makes a big difference

Damn this kind of sucks, do You think that only 50 mg will be a big difference than 75mg? I was also wondering if the reason for me leaning out so well was the 100 mg
 
I'm sure that the high dose was surely sucking water off of you. I don't think you will notice much of a change just bumping the dose down a tad. The initial dose of arimistine is usually to get the estrogen levels lower then you can maintain them with a lower dose afterwards. I think you will be just fine with 50mg. Actually surprised your joints aren't acting up tbh
 
I am taking fish oils with this stack so I think they are helping cause with the previous stacks my joints did bother me a bit but not that much where I had to bump the dosage down
 
Day 17 was legs. I was real excited to do legs now cause the strength increase with d-pol. I played hockey for a long time so my knees and hips are not the best. They just hurt sometimes when I try to lift heavy. The workout was

It has been an hour since I've finished and my legs are hurting already. All my lifts for legs have gone up this week. The strength increases are definitely in full force now. The rest of the cycle should be a blast.

I just ran out of my NP creatine mono and I am going to use Beast Creature. Just wanted to know if anyone has used it? I would take my creatine mono post w/o around 3-4 grams. For this they say to take one serving pre and one post, each serving is 2,500mg of there creatine maxtrix? Just curious on how people think to take their creatine, where its pre or post or both and if 2,500mg is good enough or is 5 grams better? Thanks for any feedback.

Funny you ask. This used to be my go to creatine before I found Muscle Marinade a while ago:) it's expensive but I loved the stuff. I would always take 2.5g pre and post. It used to be 5g per scoop though....
 
So you think I should follow the directions and take one 2,500 pre and one post for a total of 5 grams a day? I had read before that if you've been taking creatine that your body is already saturated and all you need is 2,500 mg to maintain, have you heard anything like that?
 
Yeah I've heard of saturating but the recommended for to keep levels up is 5g.

Shouldn't matter. Can take it all pre or all post or half and half won't make any difference.
 
Today was day 18 and I felt like I carried a pump all day long. My muscles all day even before my workout this morning were hard as a rock. The nitrates are great, before I started this stack my weight was in the 190's and I just weighed myself today and I'm 205. My weight before was around 196/197 and I would have to really eat a lot and not clean to gain that kind of weight. I am eating actually very clean and I've gained around 8 pounds, this is crazy! I've never had a supp do that.
 
Day 19 was arms with some traps. I feel everyday that I am leaning out even more, everything is way more defined. I'm putting on quality muscle and dropping body fat at the same time. Now that I've dropped the revolution pct down to one pill a day pre workout on an empty stomach, my libido is coming back. So I guess for me 100mg of arimistane was too much but 50mg seems to work just fine. Workout was.

Day 22 was chest with some tri's. it was kind of a quick workout, my boys had a dr. apt. and I had a memorial service in the morning so I didn't have much time. My incline bb press was about the same as last week with weight but the amount of reps increased by a couple every set which was nice. Flat DB press, I started with a set of 85's and then got right into 3 sets of 100's which is more weight that last week so going up in weight with these was fantastic. Next was a triple set of body weight dips, incline DB press and over head tricep ext using suspension trainer. There was no stopping in between all 3 sets so chest and tri's were burning. Last I did another triple set of flat bb bench, incline DB flys and diamond push-ups. By the time I got to the push-ups I could barely get 4. I feel like my endurance is getting a lot better.

Today was back with some bi's. a good friend of mine just got to enter the states from Costa Rica. It's has been a long drawn out process with all the legal paperwork so we had quite a few drinks last night. Waking up this morning was a little difficult but I still worked out. The workout consisted of

All these were 4 sets and roughly 10-15 reps per set

I wasn't really going for strength with this workout just wanted to get a good sweat and pump going, the pump was sick! D-pol is an awesome product and definitely a purus customer for life.

I see nutra has a special on d-pol powder, I think I'm going to take advantage of that plus I heard the powder tastes really good

I got some samples of the powder and it is pretty freaking good. Mixed it with apple condense and it was amazing!

Holy s**t that sound amazing. i know you had samples but do you know if the d-pol powder serving size is a level scoop or rounded, etc?
 
Should be a level scoop but I'm not 100% sure.

Thanks, d-pol is far superior to any bulk daa for sure and I have had the best result with finaflex revolution pct so far. I've used erase, pr-xt, and ad3 pct. revolution has had the best results for me, but it's probably a combination of the 2. Definitely a six stack!
 
Rev PCT is good stuff for sure. Next time try out recycle with the Dpol....my favorite stack when I'm looking to get that extra boost
 
Day 24 was legs, I always start of with squats and my first set which is only 135 just as a warm up set, my knees were not having it. Hockey took a toll on my knees and some days are great but then there are days like yesterday where it is uncomfortable and painful, SUCKS!
Squats were 4x135 slow and controlled about 12 reps per set, and the last set was 205x10 reps
Front squats was 5 sets of 135x 12 reps and then I did 1 set of 155x10 reps and a drop of 145x10 reps
Stiff deads were 4 sets of 225
Then I did 135lb hack squats, 4sets super sets with standing calf press
Leg ext 4 sets of 135x12 reps super sets with 1 leg body weight squats
Lying leg curl 4sets of 90x10 reps superset with 95lb bench squats
Legs were hurting bad! Which is a great thing. Every time my knees are bothering me and I can't go as heavy as I would like I just do a s**t ton of volume. My legs were sore the entire day and now day is 25 and they have been sore all day so at least I know i did something right.

The endurance is one thing i am noticing alot right now like i can keep going and going. i love it, i never want my workouts to end, obviously the triple sets tell all. One thing i noticed is my increased in appetite! crazy, i feel like i get real hungry alot. i try to keep it under control where i dont binge. This stack so far has changed my look a lot in my perspective In the mirror. I will be weighing myself soon, should be interesting. My diet before was the same and then I added these 2 supps and everything started to change. So far the best recomp I've ever done, definitely leaner and less body fat, by the way only on day 25 and I have a 60 day cycle, the best is yet to come!

I've had about ten workout partners the last two years.....but they won't accept the fact that I'm right and they are wrong and just do the lifts I want to do :p

You just described one of my friends too perfectly. He wants to workout but everything is so haphazardly, so I try to give him a little structure and he wants nothin to do with it. So I guess he will just keep spinning his wheels.

Friday was arms i just did very high volume with a little lighter weights just to get a huge pump, which it definitely produced, also i finished with a triple set of bi's, tri's, and bb shrugs. Saturday was normally core and abs but the endurance was great and I just wanted to keep working out so I did 4 sets of dead lifts at 245lbs about 10/12 reps per set with about a 30 sec rest in between sets. Sunday was rest. Today was chest, my weight has stayed the same as last week but all of my rest periods between sets have drastically dropped in time. There were times my rest periods were less than 20 sec. My endurance just seems to be in hyper drive, I never want stop! Ever since my workout has ended I have had a crazy pump all day. D-pol is king of daa.
