Day 24 was legs, I always start of with squats and my first set which is only 135 just as a warm up set, my knees were not having it. Hockey took a toll on my knees and some days are great but then there are days like yesterday where it is uncomfortable and painful, SUCKS!
Squats were 4x135 slow and controlled about 12 reps per set, and the last set was 205x10 reps
Front squats was 5 sets of 135x 12 reps and then I did 1 set of 155x10 reps and a drop of 145x10 reps
Stiff deads were 4 sets of 225
Then I did 135lb hack squats, 4sets super sets with standing calf press
Leg ext 4 sets of 135x12 reps super sets with 1 leg body weight squats
Lying leg curl 4sets of 90x10 reps superset with 95lb bench squats
Legs were hurting bad! Which is a great thing. Every time my knees are bothering me and I can't go as heavy as I would like I just do a s**t ton of volume. My legs were sore the entire day and now day is 25 and they have been sore all day so at least I know i did something right.
Shoulders were today and man I worked it!
Seated barbell press was first
Set 1-135x11
Set 2-145x10
Set 3-155x8
Set 4-155x8, drop1-145x9, drop2-135x15
Seated DB press
Set1-55'sx15
Set2-60'sx12
Set3-65'sx11
Set4-65'sx10,drop1-55'sx12
Seated lat raise-ss-standing lat raise/ 25's x 12 seated-ss-25's x 7 standing
Shoulders were lookin swollen after this!
Then I did some triple sets
45lb plate front raise-ss-95lb bb upright rows-ss-95lb behind the neck bb press.
12-15 reps per set-ss-12 reps per set-ss-8 reps per set
These were badass, sick pump!
Last was low incline bench rear delt raise/10's-ss-standing rear DB lat raise/25's-ss-standing DB press/25's
18-20 reps-ss-5-8 reps-ss-12-15 reps
Shoulders were a burnin!!
The endurance is one thing i am noticing alot right now like i can keep going and going. i love it, i never want my workouts to end, obviously the triple sets tell all. One thing i noticed is my increased in appetite! crazy, i feel like i get real hungry alot. i try to keep it under control where i dont binge. This stack so far has changed my look a lot in my perspective In the mirror. I will be weighing myself soon, should be interesting. My diet before was the same and then I added these 2 supps and everything started to change. So far the best recomp I've ever done, definitely leaner and less body fat, by the way only on day 25 and I have a 60 day cycle, the best is yet to come!
