This log has been hectic. But still usin d-pol. I have been trying to get into a police academy so I haven't been posting my workouts on time. Here's a little info for now I believe my joints are starting to get some soreness on my knees and elbows nothin I can't handle. Positive effects out weigh the negative. Vascularity is good not great like I want it to be, muscle pumps are gigantic love it, all exercises are going up. Everything is beautiful. But one question how do I get vascularity up? Do I use arginine or what product do you suggest?
