D-Aspartic Acid (Nutraplanet) Log - boflex03

Day 1
Today was my first workout with D-Aspartic Acid purchased from Nutraplanet.com.

I added DAA to my usual pre-workout drink:
5g creatine monohydrate,
5g herbal antioxidants from BAC,
8oz of organic whole milk,
and now 3g D-Aspartic Acid

Immediately after consumption my energy level was through the roof. I was completely WIRED unlike anything I've felt before.

My workout (all 5setx5rep):
Bench Press BB, up to 225lb
Dip weighted, up to 90lb
Inclinde BP DB, up to 60lb
Tricep Pressdown, up to 93.5lb

the Bench Press felt amazing, 225lbx5 felt light. However, the high came down to baseline after the Dips. No crash.
 
Day 2
Workout: Back/Bi (3setx10rep)
Wide-grip Pullup, BW(180lb)x3
Preacher curl (Db), 15lb,20lb,25lb
Incline Row (Db), 25lb,30lb,35lb
Rope Hammer Curl, 40lb,60lb,80lb

Felt very mild thermogenic effect from taking DAA but nothing like the boost I had last time.
 
Day 3
Workout: Squat, Deadlift, Seated press, Cable lat raise

Nothing special from DAA

Day 4
Workout: Bench Press, Dip, Machine Flyes, Tricep extension

Felt more energetic and slightly buzzed. Great workout.
 
I took a few days off. Experienced lack of morning wood but may be due to heavy drinking lately.

Today I combined DAA with Sustain Alpha. Workout was fantastic.
 
There's definitely a difference in my workouts when taking and not taking DAA.

More aggression, better recovery. The stuff is tits.
 
i've cycled off DAA with a noticable lack of intensity and recovery in training. The stuff works bottom line.
