I know the reasoning behind taking DHEA and preg while on transdermals, well should I keep up the usage of those while on shots and do they hold the same effect as with transdermals?

I just started taking compounded pregnenolone today, 100 mg/ml, I will let you know how it goes.
@Bill, I thought you were on transdermals. Did you switch?
Yes I did switch, having a baby at home I did not want to risk any transfer.I just started taking compounded pregnenolone today, 100 mg/ml, I will let you know how it goes.

I cant say the switch to shots was the main factor as to why I feel so good I felt pretty mucg the same on both but after switching to shots I also made a few other changes after going over everything with nutritionist/lifestyle coach at which time we adusted the dosages and timing of the supplements I was taking and dropped some others that and my TRT I feel like a million bucks well maybe $999999.99 I am sure a few more tweaks and I feel even better just waiting for a month or 2 to go by with current changes so everything stabliizes before next blood workHow do you feel comparatively?

the best thing you can do is follow EXACTLY what Dr John tells you it takes time so don't make changes it takes a few weeks for everything to settle and I am sure he will get more bloodwork and make adjustments. No need to change anything he asks he knows what he is doing. What are some changes you made? Please share, I want to feel like $999999.99 bucks too. I just switched to shots last week and added hcg per Dr. John.
