hi guys,im new to the forum so be gentle please!:veryhappy:

I posted on another forum that i play football at amature level and want to increase my strength and size without holding any water,im a fast runner and rely alot on my pace on the pitch so dont want to be bloated! iv done 2 previous aas cycles which were deca/sus and just sus on its own which i gained nicely from but cardio was a problem as i got bad shin splints when on them.i was advised that cynostane might be the answer, lean gains, increased strength and even some fat loss! sounds to good to be true,is it? having more strength and mass on the pitch would really help me so any advice or info would be much appreciated! thanks!

id stick with injectables. maybe just some test-e 500mg/10 weeks. cyano has gotten some bad reviews as far as nearly no gains in strength. injectables are the only thing that works well. and fewer sides/safer. just dont forget pct!

Well I would have to disagree, test e is bad for bloating; WILL cause bloating, you are better off with primo and test prop eod, and yes injectable is the way to go, make sure to have a SERM among other things.

u can run anti-e's with it to prevent bloating, my main point was to not bother with prohormones

I love injectables, just dont love the bloat they give me.I gained well from my last ten week test cycle, ran sus at 500mg p/w but as i mentioned i found cardio hard to do,my legs just simply couldnt handle it! Being able to run with ease is my main prioraty! think il give the p/h a miss after reading reading more about them.

How many cycles have you run, Andrew?
