Cycle to come back or no?

Quick question. I'm new to AM but not to AAS. Have done multiple cycles of Test, Deca, Superdrol, etc...

If for some reason (surgery, new work schedule, etc) you took a year off of lifting, would you recommend a cycle at the beginning of starting back up, or waiting until muslce memory brings you back some?

I have lifted for 8 years, done 6-7 cycles, and just had a crazy past year with work and its time to come back.

I'll let everyone else touch on the other aspect of your post/stats/history....

To answer your question, no. The best part of getting back into the gym after a lengthy time off is the rapid gains you make in the first couple months.....naturally.

You don't need AAS to make solid gains/move toward your goals.

Was 198, now im about 180. Sorry that I never got a chance to change it. And 3 of those cycles were back in 2003-2004, then I had multiple shoulder and other surgeries in 05. A cycle in 06 after coming back naturally first. A cycle in 08, and like a half cycle (ended early cuz of sides) in 09.

I've been reading these boards and others since 03 so I was already expecting some hating comments...and the infamous "what are your stats, diet, age, act?" comments. Some of us dont have the time to log everything we do..wish I did.

Wasn't trying to come off as arrogant or rude, but my suggestion still stands though....take advantage of the "easy/quick" gains you get naturally first, in my opinion.

Good luck.

Ya I agree. Thats what I did after my surgeries. Just had the thought because I know a lot of athletes will use juice to come off injuries or periods off, but I dont make money using my body with time constraints. Sorry if I seemed rude back on my last comment.

thanks for all the input
