Cycle of H-Drol (New Member)

Whats up guys, my name is Mark, I am from New Jersey and I am a new member on this website. Been browsing around a bit reading quite a few posts and I can see this can be a very helpful website for alot of information, everyone seems to have good input.

I dont want to be one of those members who comes onto the site, asks a question and takes off... Which is probably what most of you will think when you see that this is my first post. Forums are for questions and answers really. So I do have a question.

I read up on alot of information on taking CEL's h-drol, after it, before it, during it, etc etc. Alot of buddies of mine have takin steroids, mostly injection but I was always to nervous to do so. Id take my creatine, protein shakes, and i ate alot everyday, but my metabolism has been so fast for as long as I can remember and I just dont gain weight, let alone get bigger.

I am 23 years old, I am 5 9'' and weight 170 pounds. This is where im at right now. I've always been healthy, get physicals every year, etc. I am in athletic/medium build. I have no chest what so ever, but strong forearms and biceps. I was told H-Drol would be a good start for me (as I have lifted years ago, but with work and all kind of got caught up so it was hard to stay on track). I am an ironworker / welder, so I work with steel all day. So on top of my future working out on the H-Drol I will be lifting / carrying / moving steel practically all day long.

I am taking Liver Support with milk thistle 2 caps a day along with Hawthorne Berries 2 caps a day for my 2 weeks before I start H-Drol. BTW - I take ONEADAY multi mens vit and 2-3 fish oils everyday, and have for years, and will continue to do so. Then id start my H-Drol in 2 - 2 1/2 weeks, and do 50/50/75/75/75. While taking my LS Milk Thistle and Haw Berries as well each and everyday. Wake up take H-Drol around 7-8am or so with my ONEADAY Multi. Then take my 2 LS Milk Thistle caps and 2 Haw Berry caps 4 1/2 hours later with a healthy lunch (12:30 pm). An hour or two later pop a fish oil, then around 4-5 o clock I would take my 2nd H-drol (Then go to the gym) and at night either take a taurine cap or glutamine powder. That is for the first 2 weeks, then the next 3 weeks, the only thing different would be 2 caps in morning of H-Drol.

I have Reversitol as my PCT, I was told that since H-Drol is such a mild PH that it should not require a SERM. I mean either way, the reversitol or lets say NOLVA or CLOMID is near the same price, I just happened to get the Reversitol. And of course continue my LS Milk Thistle and Haw Berries throughout that too. I just dont know how to take the Reversitol. 3/2/2/1?

I do have a question though, now I dont know how to take 10 pills a day and what times.

2 CEL's H-Drol
2 LS Milk Thistle
2 Haw Berries
2 Fish Oils
1 ONEADAY men's multi
1 Taurine or Glutamine powder

Any help will be greatly appreciated and I dont want anyone taking my first post the wrong way.
 
I was told that a SERM was not needed for my Pmag cycle. A few months later I had no desire to have sex and/or anything related to sex and on top of that my mood was always crap and my workouts were terrible. Took a bunch of OTC test boosters and stuff like that but to no avail.

Started taking Clomid and I feel awesome. Libido is back up, workouts are awesome and my mood is always positive. Don't make my mistake. GET A SERM!
 
always better to have a serm on hand just in case bro. you look set up pretty good. you have them spaced out fine, when you jump to 75mg, just take 2 h drol in the am and 1 for your afternoon dose. make sure your diet is on point so you can make the most out the cycle. 3-2-2-1 is fine, thats what it recommends. i took my h drol with my fish oil caps. good luck.
 
Thanks for the responses guys, I will end up getting a SERM, probably Clomid like mentioned. I also have Casein protein 24 g of protein per serving, choc peanut butter.. like to add 2 tbsp's P Butter, a banana myself, with whole milk and few ice cubes. One of my favorite tasting shakes. I am looking to bulk up and put on as much weight as I can on this. I dont want my first cycle to be a waste of one. I maintain a healthy diet. I eat alot, ALOT of fish .. (tilapia - flounder - salmon - tuna) are my favorites. Love spinach, broccoli, rice and beans etc. I drink alot of water. Hoping my hard work outs 6 days a week, will put on some pounds, define my body a little more. Like I said I have NO chest what so ever. I think my max bench was like 200 lbs. I have 15" biceps and 14" forearms. I will be posting how everything goes, will be starting the cycle in 2 weeks.

I heard the H-Drol takes near 2-3 weeks before noticing a physical change or is that strength change? How would you space out 2 H-Drols, 2 fish oils, 1 multi vitamin, 2 milk thistles, and 2 hawthorne berry throughout the day? I had my written down, but don't want to be shoving down to many pills in one sitting might irritate the stomach, as I have a sensitive stomach as it is.

you should notice everything around week 3, thats when i did. h drol with fish oil in the am, wait a few hours and take your multi and support supps, then take your afternoon h drol with your other fish oil. you can up the fish oil if your joints start feeling dry, happens to some people.
