I don't usually post over this way, but I know you guys know your stuff as I read alot here. I'm hoping you can critique my proposed cycle.

First, a little about myself. I've got several cycles under my belt now including AMS hormone regulation kit, h-drol, x-tren, 11-sterone, stano-drol. I am 31 years old and weigh just under 200lbs.

My goal for this cycle will be to add about 10 lbs of sustainable muscle.

I'm looking at the following bridge:

Plex: 30/30/30/30/
P-Max: 0/ 0 /50/50/75/75/75/75

Nolva: 40/40/20/10

I would pre-load with Hawthorne & Milk thistle then run cycle assist throughout cycle & PCT as well as l-dopa. I'd add a t-booster & cortisol control at the beginning of the 3rd week of PCT.

OR, if someone has a reason why it would be better to run D-zine insted of the plex, I'm open to that suggstion as well as I've got quite a stock of ph/ds.

Wanted to give a quick update on my cycle in case anyone was interested in this stack at some point. I'm not too much help as I got injured the middle of week 5, but ran the rest of my P-mag through week 6 with minimal lifting.

Week 3 felt the Phera starting to kick in. Strange feeling, lethargic but still pretty intense workouts. Week 4 saw another bump in weights...on every lift. Not saying I was at the PR level as I adopted a new routine at the onset of this cycle, but I could definitely tell the difference in jump between weeks 3 & 4 vs. weeks 1 & 2.

Again, hurt mid week 5 so I can't really get into how the bridge with P-mag worked. I will say I started seeing my sides during week 4 and the acne continued through the end of week 6 so I'm pretty sure that's a side that can be expected weeks 4+.

Although my original plan was to bulk during this time, the stress of the year saw me closer to maintenance level of around 3,000 cals. Although I didn't take measurements on this cycle, the mirror and wife test tells me I leaned out a little while adding a peak to my biceps and a little separation between bi & tri....I had a focus on arms during this cycle so I was happy with the results.

I probably will try the bridge P-mag at the end of a cycle again in the future as I still think it would be great during a bulk to help keep gains. However, if I were to get bacne going again, I would cut the P-mag.....sh11ts painful.
