Cycle assist time dosage

Can I take cycle assist at the same time as d-zine or do I have to take it a few hours later after d-zine? If I can't take it at the same time,, what's the reason behind it?

Take them apart.

I can't remember the specific on it, but it's due to the support supplement decreasing effectiveness of the PH.
