Cuttng meal plan help.

I am cutting and im at 2000 cals/200pro/250carbs/20fat. Wat r some good carbs to use for this. Been tryn potatos and brocoli and spinach and pinto beans. But And the bulk of my carbs are pre workout.
 
If your trying to cut bro I'd lower the carbs! Try to put your starchy carb intake around a 100g. it would be tough to lose weight on 250g of carbs!
 
Even if the carbs are timed rite?? I got 70g pre. And 50g post and 30g w breakfast and the remaining 10 comes from fibrous??
 
Fat seems really low..... how much you weight body fat % height age etc..... more info would be helpful
