Cutting

I'm 18 years old, 5'11, 170lbs. About 16% body fat. I'm looking to get super cut and hopefully achieve a 6 pack. I'm content with my size and I'm not trying to gain anymore mass.

I have a gut that I want to lose before summer time.
I'm gonna be starting my Epi cycle next week.

Lady at the supplement store said I shouldn't be doing any cardio, eating about 4 to 5 times a day and loading up on carbs/almonds/peanutbutter/chicken/oatmeal. What should I be eating? She recommends I have three 30g protein shakes a day.

For some reason that sounds more like a bulking diet? Suggestions? I've already bumped my lifts to 3x12 for cutting.
 
there's so many reasons why you shouldn't use steroids at your age. without getting into them, read this thread : Invalid Link Removed
 
Did she sell you the Epi-totally irresponsible if she did and shouldnt be serving in the store.Clearly her knowledge is limited .
 
I wouldnt' run epi at 18, but if you do go ahead, dose low and don't get carried away. 20mg a day for 4 weeks, but you aren't doing yourself any favours for the future mate :(
