Fellas, I appreciate all of the advice. I have actually been working out since I was 16 and I am now 32. Im definitely 320, but Im also 6 ft with thick bones. I do have a tremendous amount of muscle. Diet, I know is the most important thing. Supplements aid, which in this case is what I want them to do. My biggest concern was the possible overlap of AA and Ergobolic because of the cortisol properties.
