My next step is to get ripped, so I would like to know what are is the best cutting stack you would recommend..

Ive seen this on strong supplements.. Invalid Link Removed

AlphaLean7 + Epi 2.0 by VL + Shift by PEScience + Max CLA by Primaforce + L-Carnitine Xtreme by Dymatize Nutrition

I would like to hear your comments, if anyone has done it or if anything better would recommend..

Im 30..1,74 cm.. at 67,6 Kg.. I would say my body fat at the moment around 10-11%.. Planning to get shredded for the summer, start bulking by September or October depending how lean Im..

Looking forward for your help!

Thanks

Nice work so far - you can really see changes in your shoulder definition and your midsection looks tighter. Keep up the good work.

Don't fall for the "more is better" theory. I think that the products you've listed are all good, but starting off with 5 supplements is a bit overkill and not necessary. The big question, and the part that makes the biggest impact, is what does your diet look like? Nutrition is the biggest piece of the puzzle when it comes to cutting, supplements are secondary.

With that said, if you've dialed in your diet and you have your macros figured out, I would start with 1-2 products at the most. Shift is a great product, and I would also recommend reading up on FitMax. It's a great formula that helps with appetite suppression, energy/focus, and mood. I would keep it simple for starters.

Finally, no matter what you decide to use, don't buy CLA. Studies have shown that CLA has little to no benefits for fat loss, it's an overhyped product. I also think that L-Carnitine is overhyped as well, but others may have a different opinion.

Agreed with john.patterson. I'd say start with a few products at first and make sure your diet is dialed in. AlphaLean7 is a nice product so that and making sure your diet is on point would bring you good results imo.

I don’t think one month of vector is enough, run it for two with follidrone to get the benefits like any natty product

Takes at least two months to get going

Agreed. The more FD2 and Vector is used, the results only get better over time.

Thanks Everyone..

So Im planning to stack Vector + Follidrone + Ignit3 + Bloodshred.. for a month or 2 adding these last 2 for the last torch of fat to be burn.. any thought?

Ignitt3 and bsr are great products but really a bit much to take together. 1 month of ign1te and then bsr or both together? Personally bsr is better for me for appetite suppression and ign1te a bit better for energy. I can’t explain why- but that was the effect on me.

Thanks Everyone..

Can you share your diet with us? Do you have this planned out?

In my opinion this stack is a bit overkill for a cut, and I think that you'll be spending much more on supplements than is truly necessary. These are all solid products, but I don't think it's logical to stack all 4. I would stick to 1 or 2 (for example: FD2 + Ignit3) and focus more on your diet and training.

How long have you been lifting for?

I think a Vector + FD2.0 would be a good stack then following it with ignit3 and a strict diet.

Thanks Everyone for the comments

I will add now the Ignit3 to my current stack of Vector and Follidrone..lets see the results..

Basically my diet is pretty much around this:

Invalid Link Removed

Morning:

Oats - 50g
Scrambled Egg - 4 eggwhites, 1 whole egg

Mid Morning:

Apple
Protein Shake
Almonds

Lunch:

200g of lean meat or fish (salmon, tuna, chicken, turkey, beef without any fat, lean pork)
75g of carb (sweet potato, rice or wheat pasta)
Sort of vegetables

Mid Afternoon

Whey protein with egg whites and 1 egg pancakes
Strawberries
Peanut butter

or

QuestBar (if stuck in the office)

Dinner:

200g of lean meat or fish (salmon, tuna, chicken, turkey, beef without any fat, lean pork)
50g of carb (sweet potato, rice or wheat pasta) (some days no carbs for dinner)
Sort of vegetables

Pre Bed:

Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
Casein

Training, Im hitting the gym 6 days per week..

Ive been doing HITT Cardio Treadmill for the last 3 months 2x a week.. 8 cycles of 30 sec at 20kmh..

Since the last 2 weeks I've increased the cardio for 3 times per week, 15 cycles of 30 sec at 20kmh..

Im also having some carb cycling days every other week..

Supplementation: FD2.0, Vector, Fish Oil, BCAA, Glutamine

What is the macro breakdown, fats look a touch low. Also, I would not increase cardio yet. Try and get by with as little as possible and then use it as a tool once plateauing occurs.
