Cutting some bf before going back on...

& yeah good thing u didn't get c20 taking mine right back & getting a tub of myofusion.

Would like to point out that today has been a bit of a cheat day. Went to Hooters and had some wings. Other than that diet has been on point. Going to eat dinner at a friend's place tonight. Not sure what's he's cooking but i'll take some N2Slin with me just in case.

Upped the clen to 220mcg today. Will ride that out until not this coming monday but next coming monday and start my cycle.

It's not about what you look like in the mirror, it's how your body reacts to different types of diets and workout regiments. It has literally nothing to do with what you look like. A guy weighing 400 lbs could theoretically be an ectomorph who just eats way, way above his maintenance. Endo's tend to have a hard time cutting even at 600+ calorie deficit.

I'm in the same boat as you (just a little older). I really want to run test and I may this summer, but I'm still on the fence about it

I know once I go on I'm going to be on for life or will at least be cycling on and off test for a good long while

I know its happening (I have had a low test issues like low libido, low drive, etc. forever, I actually have only one working buddy down there... The other died, I blame soy poisoning) so i figure Im just keeping the guy alive till I hopefully have offspring. If not well I am not against adoption. hehe. Where did this post go?!

Anyway, whatever you guys do just be safe. ;)

Lucky for me....I have all the rug rats I will ever have!! I'M DONE!! BRING ON THE TEST!!! PRESCRIBED OR NOT!!:sgrin:
 
All of you guys make me feel unambitious. Loosing 20lbs in 5 weeks. I am just trying to loose 15 in two months. I am in to see your results, it appears you are on a really good track. Good work, keep it up.

Yeah man I really know how to manipulate my diet. I eat the same thing every day mon-fri so it's just a matter of cutting out the extra bull**** I was eating and stepping up the cardio to a degree. Making small cuts to the diet each week as my weight declines.
 
That bronkaid last night was too much. I stacked it with a half scoop wyked. Probably would have been fine without the wyked.

Anyways I've been stuck at around 200 for a week now. Doesn't mean I'm not losing bf. but still.

Going to make some small changes to my diet. Once my iForce Protean is gone (my breakfast protein), I'm going to switch to an isolate. I'll still use Myofusion ore and post. I'm also going to switch my PWO shake to one that contains slow digesting carbs instead of fast digesting in order to further control insulin.

Cycle starts on Monday.
 
As you get leaner, the weight will come off much slower. Get to lower single digit bodyfat and a half pound lost in a week is incredible. Like you said, doesn't mean you aren't losing bodyfat.

Yeah as I get leaner it will get harder and that's a motherfuc!er

I will be using two bottles of M1P and two bottles of 5aohp. Still trying to decide how to dose. Might do 6ml of each for 6 weeks or 4ml of each for 8 weeks.

I've been considering that same stack for a while, so I will definitely be interested in your thoughts. Logging it then I take it?

Yeah absolutely. I told the guys over at taurus that I would. Nobody has done this yet and I think everyone would appreciate an unsponsored log.
 
I've been on my stack a little over a week and I've went from 208.4 to 203. That's a little over 5 lbs in just about a week. Feeling good and starting to lean up!

I can't seem to get below 200! I'm not trying to get all caught up with scale weight. Would just like to be down in the high 100s....haven't been there since high school. Tonight is an off night from the gym so i'll be cutting the cals some (no PWO shake). Might throw in some cardio if I have time.
 
I'm running OEP, Alpha T2, Reduction PM, and Revamp for my stim resistance. It's a pretty mean stack! I'm definitely getting some serious energy and I have to make myself eat! Im hitting the gym getting some good cardio in about 3 nights a week and lifting about 3 as well. With the potency of this stack I try to keep an eye on my bp and not push it too hard. It's really surprising how fast I'm starting to see results!

I decided to go ahead and throw in some primatene to my fat burning regimen until I start my cycle on monday. On monday i'll cut the fat burners and stims just to see how things are going to start to kick. I don't want to screw my BP and i could probably use a week or two break from all the stims i've been using.

Sounds good man. I will try to be as detailed as possible. From what I can tell nobody has done this yet and I think it'd be a valuable log to AM and Taurus.
