Hey guys just wondering what the optimal protein intake would be for cutting. I weigh about 145 at 5' 5". I am eating at a 500 calorie deficit and I'm eating about 180 grams of protein. Is that high enough for maintaining mass?

500 is a good deficit which equals a 1lb weight loss per week. Everyone's body responds differently, some on a higher protein, low carb/fat while others thrive on higher carb and lower protein and fats. Continue to eat well
just remember that if you are not doing a ketosis type diet then protein can stay the same as with bulking .. mine stays at 400g at the moment and i just change the other 2 macros
