It's now time I ask. Can I have some with food intake for kcal and what I would to not only lose weight but ALSO fat.
Fat is manipulating intake, weight loss is caloric deficit over intake. Combine the 2 and yeah, what I need help with.
Log is in training section, train at 6:15am.
Training is hard! Then it's 20 minutes at aerobic threshold of 80-85% max HR.
