hey guys, for pinning, how much 4oht are u guys running, im debating doing this or 500mg test cyp, or maybe ill get a lil crazy and do both!!! who knows...

Go with the test cyp instead and don't use the 4-oht. Estrogen actually plays a favorable role in fat loss.
