Cutting Diet Questions

Hello All, been lurking some here and wanted to see what you thought of my cutting diet. I am 6'1 210 lbs, but a lot of bf from college and beer. Let me know what you think.

Calories/Fat/Carbs/Protein


Breakfast-

Myoplex Original Shake- 300/7/19/42

PWO-

2 Scoops Whey- 240/1/7/50

Meal #3-

Turkey Burger (93/7) on George Foreman - 200/10/0/28
1/2 cup beans- 90/0/19/6
1 slice whole wheat- 50/.5/10/2.5

Meal #4-

Grilled Chicken Strips- 200/4/1/42
1/2 Cup mixed veggies

Meal #5-

Can chicken or tuna- 120/2/2/26

Meal #6-

2 Scoops Whey- 240/1/7/50
1 Tablespoon Flax Oil- 135/15/0/0

Totals- 1575/40.5/65/246.5


This varies as sometimes I eat salmon or lean pork for meal #5. Also have brown rice some instead of beans. Also on non workout days i don't use myoplex shake and replace it with 3 eggs or turkey sausage (comparable with numbers) and 1/2 cup oats in the morning.
 
maybe add another tablespoon of flax for the fats?

why up the cals/fats if cutting? (novice here)

you will loose alot of muscle if you eat that few of cal,, less muscle =slower matbolism ,, not what you want

if i was you id eat 2500 calories a day high and do that 2-4 weeks and see how you get on,, the less you eat the slower your matb becomes,,

i find good is,, 2500cal 260g pro 150g carbs 70g fats something around there,, you can lower the carbs and higher the fats if u want ,, but i think that should be good,,
 
that's a lot of food....haha

I don't know what else to add that would be good for me or when to add it in.
