I'm 18 years old, 92kg, 183cm, 13% bodyfat.
My current nutrition: 1800 calories (45% carbs, 20% fat, 35% protein) (my only supplement atm is a thermogenic fat burner)
My current routine:
Back/Triceps/MISS Cardio (250 calories)
HIIT Cardio/Legs/Side Delts
Chest/Biceps/MISS Cardio (250 calories)
HIIT Cardio/Abs/MISS Cardio (250 calories)
HIIT/Legs
Shoulders/MISS Cardio (250 calories)
HIIT Cardio/Abs/MISS Cardio (250 calories)
This is the cycle I'm thinking: (first cycle btw):
Havoc: 30/30/30/30
Halodrol: 25/50/50/75
Driven Sports: Lean Xtreme: 1 pill each day
PCT:
Fusion supplements: Post Cycle Matrix: 1 capsule 3 times a day for 4 weeks.
Driven Sports: Lean Xtreme: 2 pills each day
(maybe add natural test booster if libido is low on pct)
Any opinions/suggestions? Thanks!
