I meant to post this yesterday but did not have time. I will be experimenting with Trimax, Sesathin, and M5.. I do not plan to post daily updates but rather just give you feedback whenever I can..
Weight: 191
Height: 5'8
Age: 18..19 in one month.. *I did not add this in originally because I did not want people to stop reading this thread and start focusing on my age.. So please respect my wishes and keep all posts to the topic at hand!
Estimated BF: No idea, I look in the mirror but I have 4 abs showing..(WANT 6!)
Weight Training: DC style training
Diet: Clean but not to the point where I will drive myself insane. Protein = 340+ daily...Moderate Carbs only coming from things like wheat bread and moderate fats coming from Olive oil, egg yolk, ranch dressing..
Cardio: I run about 3miles on my off days from lifting
Example of current lifts: Bench: 315 x 4, or 275 x 10
Rack Deadlifts: 350 x 12 - 15
*I really don't feel like listing all of my current lifts but this is just to give you an idea of where my strength has gone during this cycle...
Dosages: Trimax = 1 Tab/Day unless I up it to 2.
Sesathin = 3 Serving of 1.25ml/day
M5 = 20mg twice a day
PCT: Nolva
Cycle Length: Depends on the progress. I am looking at 4 weeks.
***If this is in the wrong section than move it, I posted here because more people visit this forum..
I am really expecting to see some changes as I have not been 100% on my lifting at all (going twice a week)..Too much late night partying and such..However, July 1 = A fresh start!
