It's not going to harm you (and the best time to take in simple sugars IS post-training, to help with muscle glycogen replenishment and recovery), but if you were that concerned, you could cut the amount down a little - remember that fat loss is more dependent on total energy intake/deficit averaged out over about a week, as opposed to a single day.
Even on TKD, PWO carbs are permitted which is a serious, strict fat loss diet. I think aslong as you train hard, PWO carbs are very unlikely going to contribute to fat gain and should probally be one of the last things you change/cut out.
