I originally threw my name in the hat to possibly log their Icon-one. I spoke with Rob and told him a had a couple bottles of Ultra Eleven that I would like to run as well. He suggested I run the Ultra Hard instead, so here I am..
This is going to be an all out cut, as I've gained unwanted pounds and have gotten very soft.. I've been working out pretty consistent for the past month. Before that, I hadn't worked out since last August due to work overload and life..
I renewed my old gym membership so I'm now able to workout every day anytime I want. My previous gym had bankers hours, and being on a rotating shift, I was sometimes lucky to workout 2x a week..
Because of that, I was hitting upper body one day, and lower the next. I've also tried to incorporate more cardio, but I hate cardio, so I'd skip those days just to lift instead.. Now that I can go every day, I may stick with the same workout, but force myself to do cardio every other day.
My diet has gotten better this past month, but can get better.
I'm 49 years old, 5'7" and have been holding steady around 198-200..
I won't be running any other supps with this except for my 150mg a week trt. I occasionally run a preworkout, but it's usually just a caffeine pill and low dose liquid cialis..
Support supps are Nattokinase, Carditone, Citrus Bergamot, and Rx Crestor..
I'll be applying 4-5 pumps of each per day.
