What up AM!? Thanks for visiting! First off, a huge thanks goes out to @delsolrob and the crew at Iconic Formulations for giving me the opportunity to run this log.
I originally threw my name in the hat to possibly log their Icon-one. I spoke with Rob and told him a had a couple bottles of Ultra Eleven that I would like to run as well. He suggested I run the Ultra Hard instead, so here I am..
This is going to be an all out cut, as I've gained unwanted pounds and have gotten very soft.. I've been working out pretty consistent for the past month. Before that, I hadn't worked out since last August due to work overload and life..
I renewed my old gym membership so I'm now able to workout every day anytime I want. My previous gym had bankers hours, and being on a rotating shift, I was sometimes lucky to workout 2x a week..
Because of that, I was hitting upper body one day, and lower the next. I've also tried to incorporate more cardio, but I hate cardio, so I'd skip those days just to lift instead.. Now that I can go every day, I may stick with the same workout, but force myself to do cardio every other day.
My diet has gotten better this past month, but can get better.
I'm 49 years old, 5'7" and have been holding steady around 198-200..
I won't be running any other supps with this except for my 150mg a week trt. I occasionally run a preworkout, but it's usually just a caffeine pill and low dose liquid cialis..
Support supps are Nattokinase, Carditone, Citrus Bergamot, and Rx Crestor..
I'll be applying 4-5 pumps of each per day.
Again, thanks for visiting/following! I'm excited to see where this takes me on my quest to clean up this mess of a dad bod...

Thanks to all that have joined this mf'er!! I'm determined to make some changes!!

Last night was my 3rd night in a row working. I took yesterday off from the gym to do a landscaping project that's been in the works for a couple months.
I went to the gym this morning with not a whole lot of rest last night. I popped 2 caffeine pills and said let's do this!!
I did an upper body circuit course that had me gasping for air and soaked in sweat.. Each body part was hit with one basic movement.
It's now about 10 hours later and my body is still feeling a little bit of that "tightness" that we all love.
I'm working days through the weekend. Tomorrow will be cardio. I'll also finally be able to get an accurate weigh in tomorrow morning.
Here's a motivational shot for myself from this morning... Yes, I take a lot of pictures of myself and send them to various people.

i've got a great home gym and haven't been to a public gym in quite awhile but i used to do full body workouts on the machines and remember how taxing they were.

I was finally able to get an accurate weight this morning upon waking. 199..
I went to the gym this morning and did 25 minutes on the elliptical.
Wanted to shower and apply more hard & eleven, but it says no more than 5 pumps per 24 hours.. Don't tell my coworkers, but I didn't shower. Lol. Didn't want to wash off the magic.
Only thing I'm noticing so far is the tight feeling I mentioned before. Almost like a constant full body pump. I love it!
Back on the weights tomorrow morning!
 
Day 4

Weight upon waking - 193!!

Very interesting with the weight drop..

I had to skip the gym yesterday morning before work due to severe thunderstorms. I woke up at 3am & there was a message in the kitchen from my wife begging me not to go to the gym during the storms.. Glad I didn't. While sitting there listening to the thunderstorms, we lost power and went into a tornado warning.. Nothing touched down by us, & when I left for work at 4:30, power was back on..

I don't want to get too excited too soon, but I'm thinking things are starting to kick in.. The weight loss is pretty significant. At least for me.. This morning at the gym, due to limited time, I hit chest and back. After warming up, all the weights felt lighter. I went heavier than I planned on all exercises.
The pump was pretty sick too! I didn't want to leave..
I'm thinking this week should be fun if things continue like this!!

This morning was arm day.. I superset 3-4 exercises, depending on how much time I have.

One of these two compounds is providing some epic pumps!! After my 2nd warmup set of curls with 20lb dbs, my arms were full and veins were everywhere!!

I could have gone up in weight, but I'm trying to take this slow & not injure myself. I technically still have a torn rotator cuff that I'm working around. Curls tend to aggravate it if I get stupid..

Tomorrow is supposed to be a cardio day. I'm working nights tomorrow and Thursday night, so I don't know if I'll do anything Thursday.

Just a quick update.. Getting off work & headed to bed for a couple hours.
Things are still going great! My workout intensity and alpha feeling has definitely kicked in! Yesterday at the gym, I just felt "it" Like, I felt like I couldn't stop lifting!! Wasn't worried about overtraining one bit.
This morning, my pecs & lats are definitely feeling it though. Lol

Today was supposed to be cardio day, but I just finished a big breakfast and only do fasted cardio. So tomorrow morning I'll do that. When I wake up later this morning, I'll hit legs.

Weight - 195

This run is going great! @thebigt I do think the size is coming. My wife mentioned it the other day too. My shoulders always respond first to anything hormonal.. I also get crazy pumps too, so when I leave the gym, I look much different than a few hours later. Lol.
The workouts continue to improve and the intensity is awesome! Still alternating cardio every other day.
My waist has changed a little. Not beach ready yet, but it's improving.
I said the pump may diminish a little after the workout, but I do maintain that tight feeling 24/7. The vascularity is very definite!
Did arms this morning and supersetted every exercise with minimal rest in between sets. Was out of the gym in about 35-40 minutes feeling alpha!!

Went to bed late last night & 3am this morning totally sucked.. popped a caffeine pill with some yohimbine for a little extra energy and still had a shi**y workout.. I mean, I moved some decent weight and had a great pump, but mentally, I just couldn't connect..
Probably taking tomorrow off.

with your work schedule i'm guessing you are over worked AND over trained....take a damned day off-fool. :D

I hate rest days... Someone else is out there training while I sit here at work, thinking about my next workout.

Weight - 194 - the Rollercoaster continues...

Today's workout was so much better!! Went to bed at a decent hour last night and woke up ready to fukk some schitt up!!
I hit shoulders from every possible angle in about 40 minutes.
Strength wasn't up today, but I was a pound lighter and still looking wider. #recomp
I've also noticed a slight bump in libido. Ready to warn the wife that it's coming...

Yes indeed!! This is definitely turning out to be a great recomp! I wanted more of a cut, but slow fat loss is probably better for the long term.

I think the 11 is drying out my skin though and causing some sort of bumps on my traps. I starting applying a lotion about 30 minutes after the iconic products to keep the skin hydrated. I'm also exfoliating every other day.

Day 20

Weight - ? Forgot to weigh in. Tomorrow morning..

It's almost like every day I'm seeing one improvement or another..

First off, I went for a Dr follow up visit with full blood panel. I thought she just wanted to check my test/estrogen levels because they were off back in January. I went 3 weeks ago, unfasted.. My cholesterol was 163!! I was so happy! Also. About 2 months ago, I took myself off of my bp medication (metropolol). My Dr was kinda pissed & then she checked my bp... 120/80!!

Yesterday was leg day. Nothing major because of my knee. I can only do squats. No extensions. For legs, I always go lighter with higher reps. Yesterday I did 5x20 in the squat rack. Killer pump! Especially in the lower back! Lol.

Today was supposed to be a cardio day, but my 9am Dr appt threw it off so I made a huge plate of potatoes and eggs. I've forgotten how good it feels to train with carbs in my body!!
I did chest & back today and freaking killed it!! I made it back up to the 85s on the incline bench! I haven't done that much in a good 3-4 years!! For back, I tried some bent over rows on the smith machine. Killer pump!!
I'm really gonna be sad when these bottles run empty..

I was thinking the same thing. I don't have it on the shelf but may have to run his same set up after seeing the results!
 
Looks like it's treating you well! Are you planning on running two bottles or one? It would be interesting to see what a few more weeks could do!
