Hey guys got my stuff in today and will be starting tomorow.
Thanks Renegade for this great opportunity i know you won't be let down with this log or results.

Starting stats:
Age: 18
Height: 6'2''
Weight: 191
BF %: approx 13%
Current daily cal intake: 2800 cals
Current daily water intake: 1/2 gallon
Currently doing cardio 2x a week, upper body 3x a week, lower body 2x a week.

Dosing:
REDuction 2 red pills 10a.m. (before breakfast)
REDuction 2 black pills 9:00p.m. (before bed)
BLUE UP 2 pills 30 minutes preWO
BLUE UP 1 pill with lunch on off days
*will also use purple wrath several times after the first week

Log begin date: 7/4/08
Log end date: 8/3/08

Pictures will be posted 1st day of log, 15th day of log, and final day of log.

Log will contain daily WO's, caloric intake, water intake, energy, appetite suppression, and rest. Exact dieting information will be posted upon request. Feel free to comment, critique, and question as you feel is needed.

Got to gym around 2p.m.

Treadmill: 5k loop @ 8mph
Abs:
45 degree decline sit-ups w/ 10 lb med ball - 2x25
45 degree decline obliques w/ 10 lb med. ball - 2x10(each side)
bridges - 2x60 seconds
leg lifts - 2x20
Shoulders:
military press - 1x15 80, 1x10 80
high pulley flys standing - 2x15 20
standing delt lift (sides) - 2x10 15
Triceps:
french press - 2x15 50
behind head lift - 2x10 60
dips - 3x10

Caloric intake: 2k @ 55/35/10 (carb/protein/fat)

Water intake: 1/2 - 3/4 gallon

Energy: 8/10
Appetite suppression: 6/10
Rest: 10/10

*RED pills gave me great energy throughout the day, wasn't really as hungry as normal but forced myself to eat.
*BLACK pills totally drained me, i took them about an hour and a half before bed and after about 45 minutes i was gone physically & mentally.
-woke up feeling great slept for 10 hours straight like a baby

Day 2: 7/5/08

Actually didn't make it to the gym today.

Went to the beach then back to my house with a friend....lets just say that i burned more calories than if i had gone to the gym.

Caloric intake: approx. 1200 @ 45/40/15 split

Water intake: 1/2 gallon

Energy: 9/10
Appetite suppression: 10/10
Rest: 7/10

Day 3: 7/6/08

just got back from the gym...didnt want to take a day off so early in the log so just went in for my lats really

Chest:

Incline DB: 2x10 40, 1x10 50

Back:
Lat pulldown: 2x13 180, 1x10 230


On my way to the ice rink for my cardio for the night
-1 hour on the ice

Caloric intake: 1400 @ 40/55/5 split

Water intake: 1/2 gallon

Energy: 9/10
Appetite suppression: 10/10
Rest: 8/10

*So far this is awesome on my appetite, i can look at food and just go bleh. lol. I have cut my intake in half
 
Day 4: 7/7/08

I am VERY impressed with this so far.

1 mile @ 8.5 mph to start

Decline iso: 2x15 185
*will add DB press next time

Traps:
Trap rolls: 1x15 175, 2x15 225
*will add BB rows next time

Triceps:

Skullcrushers: 3x15 50
Pulldown: 2x10 42.5

*I don't know that I strongly feel the stim, however I'm not burnt out after my WO's like normal...so im sure its the blue up keeping me in control.
*Like I said im absolutely amazed at how well this is working so far. My appetite just blows me away at how little im getting by on compared to normal.

The PM formula obviously is helping with recovery. My sleep is deep and long. It doesn't help put me to sleep however it does reverse the effects of the AM pills....i know that contradicts itself but you would have to try it to understand that i suppose.

Day 5: 7/8/08

Woke up early took my pills and felt great as always

Ran 2 miles @ 7 mph

Legs:
Leg press: 1x10 360, 1x10 450, 1x10 540
Hack squat: 2x15 180, 1x10 230
Sitting calf raise: 3x25 135

Abs:
Decline sit-ups: 2x25 10
Decline obliques: 2x10 10
Leg lifts: 2x20
Bridges: 2x60 seconds

Caloric intake: 2500 @ 40/35/25 split (test recovery day)

Water intake: 1 gallon

Energy: 10/10
Appetite suppression: 8/10 (still forced myself to eat)

Good pump today

*It seems my stomach is shrinking, my brother just got back in town and said i look smaller. Also, when i try to eat the same portions as I was consuming before i started this it hurts to eat, im sure my stomach has shrunk as i have to eat smaller meals now. Still 2 thumbs up
 
Day 7: 7/10/08

Today i actually took as an off day because my shoulders and arms were a little sore...

Still went out for an hour and a half of soccer though so i still got my cardio in

Water intake: 1.5 gallons

today was another great day

Flat bench: 3x10 135, 1x1 185 (no spotter didnt wanna push it)
Decline iso: 3x10 185, 1x8 235
Incline BB: 1x6 135, 3x10 115 (again no spotter....)
Flys machine: 3x10 110 w/ 5 second negatives

Triceps:
Seated dips: 3x10 185
Tri extensions: 3x10 60
Incline skullcrushers: 3x15 70

*Went over to g\f's for my cardio.........4 hours*

Caloric intake: 1200 @ 40/55/5 split

thx bro. im really trying to get some muscle on my back as thats my main area that im lacking in.
church group is going to the beach all day today and will get back same time as the gym closes so ill be using home set tonite....nothing special
will def get my cardio at the beach tho.

Haha, right on. Focus on rows...thats what will make a thick back (my weakness as well.)

Great cardio day

Went to the beach for 3 hours
Jump rope for 10 minutes
Volleyball for 30 minutes

Caloric intake: maybe 800 @ 45/35/20

Water intake: 1 gallon

Energy: 9/10
Appetite supression: 10/10
Rest: 9/10


*Ill conitune same dosing untill day 14, if i cant keep my cals near 1200-1800 im going to change a.m. dosing to 1 pill every other day.

anyways, im at the establishment i will be staying i have nonstop internet access and can goto the gym 24/7 so my log WILL continue the same.

**question....do you have a problem with me adding neovar recomped to my stack for the remainder of this log?

thanks a bunch jon. i havent seen the inside of the gym here so i dont know what kind of equip they have, im pretty sure one gym is free weights and one is nautilus machines.

First day to the local gym...

Rest: fallin asleep

*really wasnt feeling well when i woke up but the REDuction really helped to keep me going....quick flu epidemic in the house i guess.:sick:
***really wasn't hungry but my dad took me out to red lobster and i couldn't let a plate of atlantic salmon and crab linguini alfredo goto waste :toofunny:
