A little about myself, 38, always in shape and athletic. Exercise phys, CSCS. There was a while I used to be much bigger thanks to the dark side 6'2" 240, bench 225 for 25. Right now I sit at 190 still 6'2" thankfully. Stopped the basic bodybuilding style and went more active due to 3 sons. Using this cycle to drop some body fat and increase some muscle if lucky enough. Since cutting I will go to more of a full body routine with minimal rest. Will start each workout with a basic bodybuilding set example squat,bench, ie. 3x10,8,6 So will gauge my strength on that to see how I am progressing.
 
I am saving forma xt for pct unless mind and muscle wants me to run it during? Also any issue adding a fatburner or preworkout? Other than that taking fish oil and multi. Diet will be 1 gram protein per bodyweight and slowly reducing carbs, will try and focus majority of carbs around workout. Will bump up fats to offset a big deficit to keep fatloss from being too fast. Anything to add? Any suggestions? Will start tomorrow morning.
 
Form xt is great for oct. You can add on a good fatburner to really push things to the limit.
 
Started popping pills and swishing liquid this morning, taste and dissolve no issues.
Will hit gym at night, time change is slow to adjust to. Feeling great and motivated, enjoying the moment!
 
I like that you have no issues with the dosing.
 
Worked out with wife at home did a wod, 5 push ups, 10 sit ups, 15 air squats as many rounds in 20 minutes. No clue how many just kept going non stop til alarm went off. Good for burning calories not much else. Won't do that one again, but felt great and have the focus to lean up. Of course too early to notice anything. Do notice I perk up when I take the Epi-Andro, but we will monitor going forward as it should be 7-14 days before it kicks in?

Woke up dosed products, feeling great and looking forward to keeping diet going strong. Keeping protein high, lower carbs, medium fat. Not to the point of counting calories down to the point yet. Will update after workout later in the day. Side note dosing products before breakfast and workout.

so one of the products is giving you a sense of well being? that's always an awesome bonus to some ph's
 
Not exactly sure but why not, feeling good and motivated! Give credit to each factor-supps, diet, spring break starting, etc. Will post up workout later.
 
All those things can get a guy going. I know cut always get me feeling good.
 
Dosed everything pre workout and had some carbs and bcaas. Did hams, back, and bis. Went heavy chins, 25lbs. 3x10, will increase weight and drop reps next time, 3 plates on t-bar for 3x10. Also bump that up next time. Hams just leg curls. Energy and pump feeling great, hiit cardio for 12 minute 30 secs on,30 secs off.
If course can't say anything has kicked in but just enjoying the ride and every day should get better.
 
Squat, chest, shoulders,and tris. I feel muscle fullness is starting to increase. Can't pin point that strength has gone up, might have added a rep here and there at same weight. Have noticed slight joint stiffness, dry. Will take some fish oil. Feeling good,dosing is easy. I think this week strength will increase, as muscle hardness is increasing.
 
Forgot to add,getting more vascular. And libido going strong, which is normal. Slight increase but that will be monitored also.
 
Been out of town last couple days, did a full body routine in a circuit. Minimal rest, but fatigue was slower to set in. Energy, endurance, and pump were increased. Joints felt good, strength felt better. Will compare on a push or pull day to tell. Definitely looking leaner and feeling great! Get back in town tomorrow night and will step it up.

Of course, word to the wise make sure you marry someone as horny or more than you. Don't expect them to become horny into your marriage, if you aren't have sex 7 days/week when you are dating numbers do drop.
 
Back to standard push day today, hit squats first 5x225x12, stronger and recovery increased in between sets. So I have an increase in strength and endurance while getting leaner! Followed up with barbell bench press superset with side laterals, then close grip bench with front raises. Ended with Arnold superset with dips. Pump and vascularity were excellent. Strength steady increase and getting leaner.
Dosing still all before breakfast and then before workout, also one more epi andro post workout. Positives-energy, libido, fuller muscles, vascularity.
Negatives-none, but maybe little dry joints, dry eyes?, libido sometimes, lol. Also sometimes easily bothered.
Appetite has stayed the same.
So far loving the stack and it gets better everyday. Again dosing is easy and taste is non factor. Will weigh in Monday morning to see diet adjustment if necessary. Please if any questing shot away.
 
Yes, definitely feeling the effects. Great stack and like I said better everyday! Just hold up my end of the diet and work and results are there.

Pull day, started with 3 plates on t-bar row for 3 sets of 10, then moved to bw chins 4x12,10,8,8 30-60 sec rest between. Cable pullovers superset with cable rows 4 sets. Threw a couple sets of shrugs 110dbx10.
Couple sets of incline curls and hammer curls. Then finished off with Sldl 4x135x12.
Positives in gym- aggression, pump, vascular, endurance, minor strength
Negatives in gym-maybe slight joint soreness, slight lethargy
Out of gym-libido great, slight appetite suppression, slight lethargy (caffine off sets),no aggression issues, some muscle fullness.
Still dosing 2x day, somewhere I add the 3rd epiandro-50 dose. Each day differs. I will say feeling good and still early but feel like this could/should be run for 8-16 weeks. Which I think is a huge positive. Of course a good pct would have to be in place and remember that is just my opinion.
 
Good to see your having a great run. I personally like to run a longer stack to get a really good dosing for extended period.

I agree with cheft, if it's possible I prefer to run a longer cycle....that's one of the benefits of these new PH's over the old when you were kind of restricted by the length of the cycle

Nice..what is your BCAA drink of choice?
 
When poor powdered Gatorade with lg bcaa (unflavored). When rich karbolyn and usp bcaas. You know to be honest have I noticed a difference, no. But one has to be better is what I tell myself. Kind of like a couple other supps I use from time to time. But I know this current stack works for sure!
 
I do agree extended cycle beats out the 4 week methyl any day, while the extreme muscle glycogen is fun it goes very quick post cycle.

Strength is increasing on lifts at beginning of workout, might have to try intra carbs. I consume 25 ish grams pre and maybe with calorie deficit I am lacking at the end of workout.
Positives-Pump, vascular, hardness, aggression in gym.
Negative-really nothing. Joint stiffness has not been there the last couple days and slight lethargy has left. I will note I am not getting a surge of energy some describe from epiandro, early on I felt a little but really enjoy a stim help. Which right now is just a caffine pill until I get something. Really enjoyed dmaa, need that again.

good to hear your not dealing with too many sides....we carry jacked up which has dmaa in it

it is difficult sometimes on a cut to have energy during workout with lack of carbs...I try to center most of my carb intake for the day around workout time, some before and some after instead of eating the carbs during my other meals
 
Always good for a stim rush that DMAA. Of the two aps meso is far tastier imo. Some great flavors like rocket pop.
 
Dosed all pre breakfast and again preworkout. Also drank a scoop of Gatorade with a scoop of lg bcaas pre. Switched up workouts and did a full body circuit. 5 rounds of barbell bench, chin ups, reverse hacks, t-bar, side laterals, dips, ez bar curls. Pump was crazy with veins popping out. Endurance and energy felt great and of course the pump. Was not trying to set any pr with weights just use solid weight for 8-12. Felt like recovery in between rounds was great. Sweating alot.
Side note-still waking up with morning wood. Libido good and energy up and down. Really depends on how much I eat.
So far really enjoying stack and I feel like it gets better everyday/stronger too. On my end I need to step up my cardio and see how well I retain muscle. Cardio always flattens me out and lose to quick.
 
Back to a push day at 5am, dosed all pre then drank Gatorade with bcaas. Feeling great, excellent pump and fullness. Slowly dropping abdominal fat and looking bigger while cutting, is great. Pretty much maintaining strength which I can't complain, feel like stack would be just as good on a bulk.
 
Any sides? I know aggression is the only side effect I get
 
No aggression outside of a couple sets in the gym and the tools walking around. I usually laugh to myself so I don't get pissed, lol. Slight, slight lethargy but honestly could be reduced calories. Hey I often go to the gym at 5am so can't be too tired. But if I had to guess a high dose 1ad or 1t product would wipe me out without proper support supps.

Nice. I know a few people complain about lethargy but I have never experienced that.
 
I don't think the compounds should cause much lethargy especially when using Androdiol but everyone is different....hopefully it goes away as your body gets used to the diet more
 
I agree,must be calorie deficit causing a little tiredness. But like I said no issues with it, just enjoying the gains.
