Previously worked out 5/6 days a week for the last 5 yrs. started at 150lbs currently at 194lb 15% bf.
Been out of the gym for about 30 days due to moving and job transfer. Ready to go in hard. Currently using macros 40 p. 30 carb. 10 fat. Will being lowering carbs a bit for the next 12 weeks. While jumping back in im looking to cut body fat while building lean muscle mass. Any advice in PH or natty supps would def be appreciated.
