Current Progress + Hdrol Log (W/PICS)

Just thought I would post up some current progress pics and start
logging my 8 week leangains cut - depending on results it may
shorten/lengthen!
I'm looking to drop around 10-15lb of fat and will be using the
IF/leangains approach.
I have used this previously and it worked very well and I find it easier
to stick to than any other diet.
Here is my current progress so far - not the best but definitely getting
somewhere! I have dropped from 220lb to 190 so far but I was a little
slack at times so took longer than it should have haha - pics in post below
Not sure my current BF% (Tell me if you have a rough idea!) but I'm
aiming to get a flat stomach before upping my cals and changing back to
IIFYM for a clean/slow bulk.
During the cut I will be aiming for 1600-1700 cal - 200gm protein per
day. On training days will be eating more carbs than fat and off days
will be the opposite.
Also will be doing a full body compound workout 3 days a week with 2 low
intensity cardio days between.
lets kick this **** off!
