I hear ya. When I look at myself in the mirror, I don't see myself as being big. However, all I hear from other people is..."man, you're big." I heard it again today from a coworker. The guy pops off and said "hey, you need to lay off the juice. You know it's not good for you." I told him he needed to keep those types of comments to himself, and I would gladly share my diet and training program with him. The thing is, this is a guy who admitted to juicing years ago. Then I heard from another guy who works nearby asking where my neck disappeared to.

I'll probably set a new goal each time I reach one and see where it takes me. I'm just getting a bit too old to want to get huge. It wouldn't benefit me much.

and we're all guilty of it ... its so much fun bulking :) and i know i'm never big enough at the end of a bulk ... but i also can't wait to get rid of that annoying fat lol

Weight today was 240.5lbs. My appetite has been much better, and I've been eating away. However, I've been a moody bitch for the past week. I'm not sure if this is normal for the type of cycle I'm on, or what. Seasonal allergies have been kicking my ass lately as well. Acne is getting a little worse around my shoulders/chest/arms/ass. I began treating it with some acne crap my wife has. Seems to be working.

Trained legs and biceps today, and had a nice workout. I actually wore shorts to the gym and showed off my "get away sticks" as milwood called them...LOL. They have gotten noticeably bigger.

I've been feeling very stiff as of late. I'm going to start lowering the amount of weight I'm lifting, and increase my reps. I think this will help with going into PCT, when I lower volume and intesity, and will help my joints. I may purchase some of Matt's new joint compound and see if that helps me.

10th week of this cycle beginning tomorrow. Entering into the home stretch before PCT starts.

I find that the stiffness is the first sign of overtraining when I'm on... I'd lower the volume or frequency before I lower the amount of weight lifted.
 
03/31/05:

Weight fluctuates between 239lbs. to 242lbs. I think I'm done gaining weight, most likely due to my diet. I'm just not able to get the cals necessary due to a few changes with my job. My actual start weight was 218lbs. No the 220lbs. as I stated at the start of this thread. I had weighed myself at an odd time in the day. So, I'm up 21lbs-24lbs.

Anyways, I took exnihilo's advice and lowered my volume and frequency, while keeping the weights heavy. This has helped a great deal. My workouts are still going good. I have increased my deadlifts from a few weeks ago by 50lbs. Other lifts have also increased, either in reps or weight. I was pleased with squats today. I was able to do 335lbs for 8 slow reps. I could have easily upped the weight, but do not want to injure myself. This is a lift where I really need to focus on form due to an old back injury, and recent knee injury.

Muscles are beginning to harden up a bit. Also seeing more vascularity in my shoulders, arms, and legs. Belly fat seems to be shrinking a tad. I'm able to fit into my 34" waist pants without a problem, or junk hanging over... :D The cAMPH is probably kicking in and helping with this area. I know I'm a lot more regular right now. If you know what I mean.

My cycle will be ending in about two weeks. Then PCT will begin. I'm planning on taking one week off from weights, but beginning some cardio work and stretching. I can't wait until next time, which will be a cut. Looking at July for that one. Plans are already in progress. ;)

:lol: yeah, I just need to figure out when my next meet is going to be, after vegas, and plan a cycle around it. Based on how this cycle is going, it'll probably be 75mg dbol 1-4, ~200mg test ~125mg tren ed. I need to get some blood work done after the vegas meet to get a better handle on how my body is doing though - I don't really have any sides other than a little acne and mild night sweats but you have to be safe...

got a buddy back east running that exact same cycle. made his own prop 200mg/ml. 1400mg of test prop per week, man that sounds like fun.
 
I forgot to mention this. Like I have said in other threads, I have gyno from puberty. I have always been self-concious about it, but my wife says I over-react about it. I have a cousin who works as a surgery tech. for a plastic surgery outfit not far from where I live. I saw him at Easter, and he told me he could get me a deal on any type of surgery that I wanted. I'm thinking of hitting him up and trying for gyno surgery late next winter. Hell, maybe after that I might have my wife sized up a bit too. ;)

give DS rebound xt a shot for the gyno. mine went away in 5 days. a lot of guys have had their pubertal gyno dissipate with rebound, might be worth a shot anyway.

I was thinking about giving Rebound a try for this. I've been reading some posts and have seen some positive feedback. I'll probably give it a try after PCT, up until my next cycle. Hell, if it works, it'll be a lot cheaper than surgery.

That'd be a cool bro. If it doesn't work out for you I know of a bro who is having his tits chopped in costa rica, supposedly by a reputable firm. If his surgery goes well I'm sure he'll post on here about it. I think he said it was like 1400 for lipo, gland and excess skin removal...

I may be able to get insurance to cover mine, for certain job related reasons. Or, I have another medical account I can use where I put money into it and can use it to cover up to $2,400.00 for any medical expenses. I think I'll give the Rebound a try first, and see what happens.
 
04/08/05:

Weight today was at 239.5lbs. I ended my base compound with its last dosage on 04/05/05. I will continue the oral until 04/15/05, then it's time to begin PCT.

Strength is still up, and muscles are getting tighter. Seeing more definition, but cropping my body hair the other day may be one of the reasons I'm noticing this. Pumps during workouts are pretty intense. I'm also noticing my belly going down more, and love-handles trimming up.

I'm still using cAMPH, and began to increase the doseage to three caps twice a day yesterday to see its effects. ****, I'm taking it back down to 2 caps, but 3 times per day. I could feel my blood pressure rise, feel my heart beat in my ears, and body temp increase. Made it very tough to sleep.

Just to brag here a bit. I went to the doc the other day to have some lab tests done. I was exposed to staph the other week and wanted to make sure the mild break out I had was not a result. Tests came back fine. The receptionist at the counter knows my wife, and she had to speak with her on the phone about some insurance mixup. My wife later told me the receptionist commented on how "buff" I was. From what she said, I guess I was the talk of the office when I left. Whatever...I just don't see myself as being all that big. A stud I am...just not all that...LOL! :cool: :D
 
Lol, it's always funny how other ppl view you differently.

I'm enjoying the cAMP right now myself, a good supplement.
 
04/11/05:

Weight still holding at 239.5lbs. My last oral dose will be on Friday. Then it's PCT time.

For about the past week or two, my hands and arms fall asleep while I'm in bed, or my hands do while I'm typing or talking on the phone. Now, I'm experiencing this in my legs while sitting. Obviously it's a lack of blood flow to these areas, but it's becoming very bothersome. It seems I am also retaining some water, as I can feel it in my face. Anyone here have any suggestions on how to treat this problem? I guess I could try a dose of my AI.

Anyways, this week will be the last for hitting the weights before I take a week off. I'm going to keep my calories high, but I'm doing some tweaking to the diet, and will be adding in some cardio from here on out. So far, I've been pleased at what I have gained from this cycle. I'm wishing I could do this throughout the year.
 
04/14/05:

Weight today was at 240.5lbs.

PCT has begun. :sad: I'm using Nolva/Clomid and cAMPH. I've never used Clomid, and wanted to try it to see how I react to it. This will probably be the only time I try it.

Last night I was training and decided to do flat bech press. I upped the weight 10 extra pounds from the previous week, and did a set of 5 for my last set (personal best). I then went over and began my incline dumbell presses. My gym only has dumbells that go to 110lbs. For my third set, I brought the weights down low for a good stretch and paused. On the up movement, the top right of my collar bone popped twice. I finished my set and racked the weights. My collar bone is in pain now. I could hardly sleep in a comfortable position last night. I'm hoping it was just some cartilage, and that I didn't break something. :blink: I'm sure if it was broke, I'd be in some fucked up pain. My pain is noticeable, but not horrific. I guess I'm just getting too old for this ****.

So, since I messed myself up a bit, I decided to go into PCT two days early. I'll be taking the next week off from lifting, but will be going in and doing some light cardio and stretching.

Damn bro :( Watch out for those heavy dumbell movements, they're killers. Incline in general is a good way to mess up your shoulders I think, I'm a big fan of the hammer strength incline press machine.
 
04/22/05:

Weight at the end of this cycle fluctuated between 237lbs and 240lbs. Highest I got was around 243lbs. I've been trying to keep my cals up, but my weight is around 233lbs. I know I have lost some water, which was expected. Measurments are still the same.

I haven't been back to the gym since the 14th. I wanted to take a full week off, then go back, but my clavicle is still healing. I'm able to sleep better, without so much pain. I haven't gone to the doc, but I really feel like I may have fractured it, or popped a tendon. When I feel like I can lift something, then I'll head back to the gym, hopefully by Monday.

Acne is fucking annoying. I can't go around with a tank top because of it. It was warm last weekend, so I got a little sunburn going to help the acne out.

Libido has decreased, but can perform when needed to. ;)
 
as long as the measurements are the same that's all that matters .. the scale is a foul temptress .. resist her siren call ;)

Was the popping @ the sternal end of the clavicle, or out by the shoulder?

It was at the sternal. On the top right side of the V. I felt two pops, then burning. It radiates to my lower neck area when I turn my head far to the side. Still a dull pain when I reach my hands around my shoulders to my back. I should have it x-rayed, but even if it's fractured, all they will probably do is put my arm in a sling until it heals. It feels better day-to-day. I'm taking anti-inflamitories in the mean time.
 
04/27/05:

Weight is at 231lbs. I began working out again the other day and my clavicle felt good. It's a little tight to the neck area, so I'm pretty sure it was a tendon instead of a fracture. But, my chest and tris are fuckin' sore today. :thumbsup:

I'm beginning cardio once again next week. Once PCT is over, I'm looking to cut some of this flab. I'll be doing a cut through the Summer, with a couple of cheat weeks, once I begin.

I have an appointment for a consultation for gyno surgery in late June. I'll see what the doc suggests, and how much I lose after this Summer. If I decide to do it, then I'm looking at around Feb 2006. If I have this done, I'll post pre-surgery, post-surgery, and healing photos.

I have a couple of photos I took earlier today to post, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to do it. Need some help here. :think:

Nothing spectacular, but a long way from being the out-of-shape, lazy-fat-ass, I was. If I come across an old photo, I'll post it up with my cutting results.

Yeah, veins are coming in. Especially in the front delts, tris, quads. Have a wicked one popping up across the top portion of my right pec. They should come out nice this Summer. I just need to shed some of this Winter coat...LOL.

hahah well at the moment only my quads are shaved ( i wanted to see their progress) but i'm still wearing shorts so i didn't shave below my knee .. i look very interesting in my underwear to say the least lol

My goal for my cut is to get to 10% b/f, or under. I'm really leaning towards using Bobo's training system for this. I've started to stash some of the money away for it. I was hoping he would see me as a charity case and donate his services to use as a tax write-off. :D

On a high note right now...I just finished my workout and got hit up by one of the gym's membership counselors. And yes, she's a hottie. She commented on how much I have grown, and that she liked my arms. I had to tell her..."back off, I'm a married man!" (That's in case my wife reads this post ;) )

Actually, the fitness bug has finally hit my wife. SHe's been working out at home, even though we pay for a membership at my gym for her :rant: . She purchased the Carmen Electra strip workout videos. Kind of fun to watch her. I get free lap dances at home. :thumbsup:
 
Why are women so damned drawn to those stupid workout videos? I guess if she had to do one, a "fitness" strip tease video would be the key though.

I hear you dude. My wife has a ton of the videos. She's been buying the DVD box sets, and they usually just sit there...F'n Taebo! Anyways, I have no complaints over the strip tease ones. ;) Plus, I get to see some of Carmen Electra.

Well, I am sick right now with a miserable cold, and working 16 hour days this last week. Basically, I'm a train wreck right now. Weight is at 230lbs, so it's holding well. I haven't been able to train much due to this cold. However, when I did, I felt fine, but have lost a little strength.

I'm changing my diet around and will be cutting my cals on Monday, and cardio 5-6 days a week. Going to be going on a 3-4 month cut, with an 8 week cycle in there. I may be going with Bobo to do this right.
 
That's sucks, hang in there, I didn't know you can get cold in Cali thou.:lol:
