Cuffs First True Bulker

02/01/05:

Today was a limited sleep day due to work. I worked my 14 hours, got home and slept for 4 hours, then back to work from 1230 pm, to 0630 am. I was able to take a little time off to make it to the gym. No change in my weight today.

LOL Dmitry...yeah, I have my wife walking funny as of lately. She doesn't know how to take this, but hasn't complained...yet.

Oh, and Beelz...F' you dude! You jinxed me. I went in and did legs and shoulders today. The damn back pumps hit me during my squat warm-ups. Can't say you didn't call it. :p

Anyways...I worked through the back pumps like the trooper I am, and had a very good leg day. Squats went up 20lbs. with the same reps as last week. I'm still being careful because of my knee. I'm going to the doctor, hopefully on Thursday. I'm sure I'll be referred to a specialist, and an MRI ordered up. I'm still holding faith that it's just a strain or pull and there's no damage that will require surgery.

I forgot to mention this.

While I was at work, I changed into my workout clothes, sweat pants and t-shirt, and walked to my car. I wasn't showing off, or wearing anything too revealing. I was hit up by a female employee who said I was looking really good. Another female employee ran into me in a doorway, looked at me up and down, gasped, and began smiling. I felt like a piece of meat for her to look at  ...LOL. Now I know how Lean One feels, due to him being so "sexy" and all. :D

Now the other comments. As I walked to my car, one co-worker yelled out "hey it's Buff Bagwell". The guy standing next to him said "no, it's Barry Bonds jr.".

The attention for the most part is nice. I was just not wanting it to be too obvious.

haha congrats cuffs ... remember just to laugh it off and tell them you started using a new creatine blend

ya gotta love the female "stop, stare, giggle, smile" -- man that's the best

Weight today is at 233lbs. I'm beginning to get some numbness in my fingertips at times, especially when I'm writting. Same as when I've used CEE. I am a bit bloated once again, which is probably the cause.

I received comments once again at work. This time in the hallway as I bumped one of my co-workers. The guy made a comment something like...hey, watch it with those 'roid arms. Damn it, I don't need those kinds of comments. I've been wearing long sleeves while at work, covering myself up somewhat. The guy later began making other comments on my arm size in front of others. I'm not saying they are big (although I'm almost touching 19" cold flex :D Watch out Beelz), or trying to brag here. I just didn't want the attention I'm starting to get.

Okay, help me out here dudes. I'm going to make an order this week and need some advice. I'm going to add something to my cycle to assist with fat loss. I'm looking to add whatever it is I go with in a couple of weeks, through PCT. The choices I'm looking into are between Sesathin, Lean Xtreme, and cAMPHIBOLIC. I'm really leaning towards the cAMPHIBOLIC. Your opinions will be well noted.

i think sledge's "painfree oral" solution of 7-oh would be great, it should be more effective than lean xtreme which i found very effective during my last PCT, plus its more bang for the buck

02/08/05:

Weight today is at 234lbs. Weight was at 238lbs., however, I used an AI due to bloating. My watch was too snug on my wrist, and it was becoming difficult to sleep due to my fingers/hands becoming numb. Hopefully the AI helps with this problem.

Workouts have been good. Vascularity is getting better throughout my arms, chest, shoulders, and quads.

I need to get right now. I'll update some more later on.

Looking like a solid 14lbs in one month! keep it up Cuffs!
:box: :box: :box:

:whip: :whip: :whip:
Right now my appitite may be the wildest it has ever been. I am eating pretty clean but NONSTOP. How's your's?

My appetite hasn't been all that. I find that I need to force myself to get the calories I need. Now libido, that's another issue. My wife's been walking funny for the past few weeks.

02/09/05:

Weight today was 237lbs. A three pound gain from yesterday. I had even used my AI yesterday to help combat some bloat, which it did. So, up a total of 17lbs. However, I am still a bit bloated. But, my watch fit fine today. :p

Trained legs today and had a great workout. Upped the weight in each lift. Added 20 pounds again to my squats with the same amount of reps.

I go in next Thursday to have my knee looked at. It is still giving me some problems/discomfort. I'm sure I'll be referred to a specialist who will order up an MRI. We'll see then.

Got a nice compliment from one of the female membership counselors today. Yes...I go to one of those types of gyms. I can't say she is hot, because my wife may read this at some time. So, I didn't notice how she looked. :D But I do know my wife is. (Needed to make sure I covered my bases there).

Nice save there Cuffs.

02/10/05:

Weight today was 238.5 lbs. Up 18.5 lbs so far.

When I got home this morning, I used my AI again. I figuered I would actually weigh less after all the pissing I did. To my surprise, I was up 1.5 lbs.

Trained back and shoulders today, mixed it up a bit. Strength is still increasing. For deadlifts, I got 8 reps at the same weight I got 3 reps for last week. I could have got a couple of more reps, or even upped the weight, but my back was beginning to spasm a tad. I didn't want to injure myself. I'm too damn old and healing takes forever.

I've only been able to sleep about 4 hours each day for the last few days. I hit the sack at 0800hrs. and am wide awake at 1200hrs. Although, I'm a freakin' sloth on my days off around the house. Except when my libido kicks up, usually when the wind blows.

02/15/05:

Weight was down today...236lbs. It had risen up to 240lbs. on 02/11/05, but my AI kicked in. I was freakin' big time bloated. I feel much better right now. Anyways, workouts still going strong. Added 30lbs for the same amount of reps on my incline bench yesterday, and 10 pounds to my skull crushers.

I'm seeing some belly fat, which I expected. I need to tweak my diet a bit, and I'm adding in some SesaThin this week.

I was pretty stoked about the increase. I'm feeling really good right now. Even with the increase in weights lifted and the increased workout intensity, I'm finding it hard to get sore. I may feel it a bit the next day, but the recovery is very quick. My tendentious is gone, and things physically, are really showing.

Good job Cuffs! And 30lbs in a week? Crazy!

02/17/05:

Weight today is at 237.5lbs. My weight is holding steady, which I attribute to my diet. I began eating cleaner, so some cals have been dropped. This was a non-workout day.

Here's the F'd news...
I went to the doctor today about my knee I injured over a month ago. Pain in the knee is still present. They took some xrays, which told them nothing, due to this more than likely being a tendon injury. However, they need to take the steps due to Workers' comp. Anyways, the doc gave me a script for an anti-inflammitory, and pain (which I won't be using). The doc then wrote me a script saying "no running, squating, or bending at the knee for two weeks. ****...now I'm going to be stuck at a desk for at least two weeks, and what about my leg training? Well, I'll work around it some how.

I'm scheduled for an MRI in two weeks, and physical therapy if needed. The only positive thing out of it was two free days off from work.

Sorry to hear about your knee dude, injuries SUCK!! I have to build my upper body with so much caution and thought it blows, but I AM MAKING PROGRESS. And thats the only direction I care about really. Good luck and stay positive. Holler if you need some encouragement!

Damn that's sucks. Can you do stiff leg deadlifts at least?
I don't see why not. I'm not throwing squats out of my workout, unless I end up with surgery.

During my exam, the doc kind of said under his breath "maybe we should have you stop your workoputs for the next few weeks." However, he said it in a question form, at least that's how I took it, and did not give the order verbally or in writing. ;)

Tell him it's deca or you are ready for death!

Editor's note: This might* work.

That sounds better, but I think your doc was afraid to get his ass beat, if he'll tell ya not to squat:D

02/18/05:

Weight today was at 237.5lbs. Some of my belly has gone down. Legs are actually looking like they are gaining some size. Although, I haven't measured. Pants feel tighter in the quads. Wife said my face looked a bit bloated today. I'll wait it out more before hitting my AI again. I'll be adding in SesaThin today.

Todays workout went well. Trained back and biceps. Felt strong all the way through. Added three reps at the same weight from last week to my deadlifts. Could have wen for more, but I didn't want to chance things with my knee. The knee was a bit stiff a couple hours later. Added reps to my bentover rows. Time to add more weight next workout.

Still receiving compliments from people. Today it was from one of the PT's at my gym. He hadn't seen me since last summer. Said it looked like I gained about two inches on my arms, which is about right.

02/23/05:

Weight hasn't changed. It fluctuates a couple of pounds up and down, but nothing significant. Last weekend was a bitch. I was lethargic as hell. All I wanted to do was sleep. I think I slept 12-14 hours on two of the days. I had some lower back pain and leg pain for two of the days, after I did some heavy yard work. So, I took it easy and rested up.

Yesterday I trained chest and triceps. Had a very good workout. Nothing to report in weight or rep increases. However, stamina and recovery was very good.

I began using SesaThin on Sunday night (02/21/04). I'm dosing 1.5ml's 3x ed.

Had to use my AI again on Saturday and Monday.

Strange thing happened yesterday. While I was at work, I was sitting in a chair talking to a coworker. I stretched my arms towards the floor and had the mother of all cramps in my upper abs. I had to stand up and and stretch another way to get rid of it. Never had this happen before. Later that night, I was at home and had my shirt off. My son commented that he could see my abs. I checked in the mirror, and sure enough, they're coming back! I just need to get rid of this excess fat in a few months.

Man, I feel you on the ab cramp. I sometimes get them in my lower abs. The best thing for me to do is wait for it to stop then do the the seal stretch (where you lie on the ground then do a push up keeping your waist on the ground). If I don't stretch out, they normally come back. Once when I was driving ......that was scary.

Doing good man, keep it up. I got those super cramps on my last cycle too, they're a real bitch - go easy on training for a couple of weeks, that seems to help, I think that overtraining while on the juice does that to you.

02/28/05:

Weight today was at 240.5lbs. Workouts are still going good. Reps on deadlifts went up again. What I got for 6 last week, I did for 10 on Friday. Upped my weight on military presses, and squats. Seeing more veins in my biceps that I didn't even know were there. Knee is really aching today. Go to the doctor on Thursday for to be scheduled for an MRI.

Still hearing things from people about how I look. The women seem to like it, and I'm constantly stared at while at the gym. As I was walking up to a co-worker, he said "hey man, you need to lay off the juice." He said this with other people standing around. I just told him that CellTech is some good ****. He's the type of guy that when he heard that, he probably went out and bought a few tubs of it at GNC.

Tonight is chest and tri's.

Great **** man, you're doing really well. 240 @ ~5'10" is big man.

Nice call with the Cell-Tech man, some very funny stuff. I think I will go get a few tubs now myself... NOT!!

:goodpost:

03/04/05:

Weight is holding steady. I'm not very bloated at all, and have stayed away from my A.I. I think the change in my diet and probably the intoduction of SesaThin have contributed to this. I'm feeling much harder.

I worked legs and bi's on Wednesday, and it went very well. Still seeing increases in either weight and/or reps. Got 2 sets of 6 strict reps of 145lbs using the straight bar for curls without a problem, no spotter. Also, I'm unable to add any more weight to the leg extension. I'm doing the stack, plus adding the maximum weights we can stack on the top. So, I'm doing pauses at the top of the lift to try and maximize this exercise. Squats are going well also. Seeing some definite leg improvement.

I went to my doctors appointment and she released me back to regular work. She feels what I'm experiencing is some inflammation. So, I'll start a new anti-inflammitory this week. It shouldn't hurt with my program.

Well, I just received good news a few minutes ago. I tested for two specialty positions with my employer and got both. Feeling kind of good right now. :)

Since you're maxed out on the leg extension machine, would it be workable to perform single leg extensions instead? I ran into that problem at home, where I only had so many heavier plates I could throw on, and single leg reps effectively doubled the amount of weight I have to work with.

I would skip the leg extensions and do hack squats or sled leg press if you are trying to hit the quads.

I was thinking the same. Basically, I was doing the extensions because it felt fine on my knee. I wanted to avoid too much pressing movements until I was released by the doc to do so. I was keeping one pressing exercise per leg day. I didn't want worker's state comp to come after me, like they did another dude recently. I'll hit the leg press in exchange next training day.

03/09/05:

Thought I'd give an update. Life's been a bit busy for me at the moment.

Weight is still holding at 240lbs. Last Thursday I was at 242.5lbs. However, my waist is beginning to get a tad smaller. The SesaThin must be kicking in, and my diet hasn't been up to par as far as cals are concerned. Having more frequent bowel movements, like when I tested this stuff. I also had a light touch of the flu last week, but it didn't hit me hard at all. I'm beginning to get acne on my right arm and shoulder as I did when using M4OHN, just not as severe.

Still getting compliments from tons of people. Ran into a girl I know at the gym. I caught her eyeing me several times. She finally came over and said I was "looking big and fine." Problem is,"my wife hates this chick.

I started the next oral today, and will run it until about week 14. Also, I'm going to add in cAmph probably tomorrow, and it through PCT. I haven't seen any posts of anyone using this during the tail end of a bulk. So, I'll be giving my opinion on it. (If this addition sounds to not be a good idea, please, someone chime in. I spoke with USP and he seems to believe it would be beneficial.)

Strength/endurance is still going up. Today I trained back and shoulders. Increased my deadlift weight by 20lbs with the same amount of reps as last week. I also increased my military presses by 20lbs.

Holy crap, I feel like I've been run over by a truck today. My body is a bit sore, but mainly stiff. Muscles are feeling very tight. Guess those increases in weight are taking their toll on me this week.

Sleep last night was for ****. I ate some spicy Mexican food (the real stuff) before bed and took a larger than normal dose of SesaThin right before bed. Time was not on my side yesterday. As I was laying in bed, I could hear/feel my heartbeat, and it was beating at a higher pace than normal. My body felt like it was on fire, and experienced some light night sweats. Had to be the SesaThin. I'm not sure if it was due to the higher dose (2ml's) or the combo of SesaThin and the food I ate. It took about 4 hours before I could get some quality sleep. Then 3 1/2 hours later I was up for work.

I'll see how tonight goes.

well if you continue to feel like you've been run over (although it may have just been a crappy nights sleep) consider taking a few days off to let your CNS recover

good luck feeling better my man

Ahhhhhhh(exhale)...I feel much better today. Laid around after work, took some ibuprophen (I needed it) and had a great night of sleep. I'm not as much of a moody bitch today. I'm gonna skip tonight's workout to give it another day of rest.

Took a couple of cold measurements last night for shits, and compared them to some I took last July. Here they are:

Calves: July 2004 (16") March 2005 (17")
Biceps: July 2004 (18 1/4") March 2005 (almost touching 19")
Quads: July 2004 (23 1/4") March 2005 (25 1/2-26" forgot)

I've been trying to get my lower body to catch up to my upper. Seems like it's beginning to. I still have a long ways to go.

I dropped a couple of pounds, down to 238lbs. Probably a result fo the SesaThin, cAMPH, lower cals. Since adding in the cAMPH yesterday, I've been sweating throughout the day.

Those are some good improvements Cuffs. What's the BF% at right now?
I haven't measured since I started. I need to break out the calipers, but I packed them away when I moved. Need to find them. I have put a bit of b/f on, moslty in the belly and sides. When I started this cycle, is was around 13%-14%. Right now, just guesstimating, I'm around 16%. I may be a bit lower since my legs don't carry much fat.

My weight back in July 2004 was 207lbs at about 12% b/f. So, I'm up over 30lbs., and about 4% b/f from then. This Summer, I'd like to get at 10% b/f, with a goal of 8% next year. While keeping my weight around 230lbs.

Heh, you say that now... Give yourself some time to acclimate to being as big as you are now, and I bet you will want to push for more mass in a year or so.
