2/2: 193~ Still no scale but I weighed myself at the gym after a preworkout shake Upper body power Bench Press 3x5 230x3x3 (+5lb, had a spotter on the last reps) BB Row 3x8 145x8x3 (+5lb) OHP 3x5 175x5x3 (+2 reps on each set) Weighted chin ups 2x8 62.5x6x3 Weighted dips 2x8 62.5x6x3 Standing straight curls 3x8 90x8x3 (+5lb) CGBP 3x8 I FEEL GOOD!!! Not that tired or lethargic anymore, I've got energy for days and my strength is climbing up. I'm seeing new striations every morning on a bulk which is weird. Libido is magnificent, Dermacrine is working it good. I still haven't gotten my Epi in the mail but I have another bottle of Derma, so should I run it solo to solidify my SD gains?
